The old lady in the store is so grumpy and rude! She don't know the good customer service! She even shouted at my son for touching the display which she can talk to us nicely. I told her to be good to her customers and she told us loudly to go out! She should not be there! Very very rude old lady in scarf! She is the worst!!!

Sam is fantastic! Determined to fix anything patient and very personable. Best shoe repair place I’ve ever been to I highly recommend him. I had another shoe repair place totally mess up a pair shoes he completely fixed them by adding pieces of leather to make them wearable again.

I bought my son's winter coats for Christmas, they fell apart in less then a month. The seams completely fell apart. The staff at the store is completely unhelpful and wouldn't replace the coats. I am not rich and now my kids have no winter coats. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this store at all!!!! It is cheaply made clothing to look like it's on sale at a reduced price when you're getting garbage anyway!!!!
