James went above and beyond to help get her out of jail and back on the road.James was super responsive to calls/texts, and was very up-front and honest. The other places I called took hours to call back, and some were misleading about their fees and conditions.And though I felt nervous transferring cash to someone I just called, James did exactly what he promised. Within minutes of getting the money he was on the road to get my friend out. He even drove her to pick up her car.He is highly knowledgeable, explained every part of the process, and kept us informed at each step. Even after my friend was out, James texted the notices he got from the court to make sure we had the info.I haven’t had to work with a lot of bondsmen before but I am certain they don’t normally do as much James did.
