I have been to IC Clear Optical multiple times and got my prescribed eye glasses from them. Satruj is a great person. He is kind, polite, and gives excellent customer service and guides you very well about frames and any other question you have. His wife is also sometimes there at the front and she is also a sweet and a kind lady.Stay Blessed guys and keep up the good work.Love and Respect.

Great selection, clearly laid out, and fantastic service!Bought my shades here in August, and it was a carefully curated experience. I left with a pair that I would not have chosen myself, and have been very happy with them.Then, I squished them, and brought them back today for an adjustment. Shatru was extremely helpful and brought them back to their former glory.

Customer service is one of the best I ever experienced. Everyone in my family were pleased by the selections and suggestions the lovely couple would recommend. We found it very cute that they would compete with each other to see who’s recommendation was taken. And it was hard cause both Karen and Shatru have an eye for finding the perfect pair for you. I’m lost with words to explain that we came very far but the experience was worth it. Highly recommend it and the reviews don’t lie. Will be back for the summer for sunglasses too.

Alright this review was pending long long back finally now. I have been going to Shatru store ever since he opened his store. From the day 1 until now it’s been more than 7 years he is the same as now no changes to his service always cool and calm when he talks to his clients and answers very politely even if you have same questions 100 times. That’s the service you can expect. All the products you get from him are legit and genuine. No sales promotion, no pressure. Many times I was tempted to buy unnecessary products he always guides me what is good and if that product doesn’t make sense even through he can loose business he will be honestly say don’t buy. That’s called relationship with customer. Though I shifted my place long distance still I prefer to come his store. Good luck Shatru keep it up!!

I don't typically write reviews but I really need to for IC Clear. I had such a great experience there today. Dr Siu was so lovely during my eye exam and answered all of my questions. Shatru is such a huge help in choosing frames and it's evident he loves his job and interacting with customers - you feel like you're hanging out with a friend, shopping for frames. He has all the time and patience in the world to help you try on different pairs and offer his opinion. He's also super patient and detailed in going over pricing options etc. What an absolute gem of a human. Cheers for a wonderful experience folks :)

Nothing gives me more joy than to support a local business, even better when you get top notch service from them. I went to IC Clear Optical after a friend recommended them. From the 1st day I walked in this husband and wife duo welcomed me and helped me select the appropriate Eyewear. I get easily overwhelmed when there is too much choice ( they do have quite theselection ! ). They patiently worked with me taking into consideration the styles and colors I was looking for.
