The staff is always welcoming and the waiting room is pleasant. My initial session with the nurse also was professional and friendly. I also appreciate the confirmation text re my appointment and the reminder.

Avoid this clinic like the plague. The doctors aren’t knowledgeable and borderline incompetent. The only solution they offer is to go home and whatever you’re suffering from “will pass” if not go back to the ER, which referred us to this place in the first place. The doctor did not even have the decency to investigate or ask questions to find out why you are having symptoms or even propose a treatment plan to alleviate your ailments. The cherry on top was the information this doctor gave that was proven to be false by another doctor and a pharmacist later on that same day. It’s actually scary. Went to a different clinic the same day, (private, had to bite the bullet and pay up) and received an actual diagnosis and a treatment plan elsewhere. Consider this and important warning and please don’t wait precious time at this clinic or get a second opinion elsewhere.

I have no complaints . The staff is not only very efficient, but also very pleasant and helpful! My appointment time was also respected within a reasonable wait time! I have seen several physicians at ELNA Medical and the above is same for all.The location at Carre Decarie is ideal.My only negative is the signage to find the way to the clinics. Hallways are a little confusing.

I emailed to request for an appointment, got reply from the secretary within one hour for a next day appointment this week. That's very fast.I usually get fast reply for appointments when I send in request by email. It's a big improvement from the past. The team is very efficient and professional. All the doctors are professional and attentive. Thank you!

I arrived very late for my appointment. The receptionist was helpful in trying to help with the situation. I was lucky that my doctor had a cancellation an hour later, so I got to walk around the mall while waiting for my new appointment. The doctor I saw in rheumatology was great. She was thorough, asked a lot of questions and paid attention to me. The clinic was clean and the staff seemed nice.

There is a brickwall in Canada between health professionals and patients, and that is health administrators slowing down the workflow.NOT AT ELNA Medical. When you need to see your doctor, you can see them in a timely manner, with almost no waiting at the clinic. It is because the administrators here know the importance of time for patients. What is even better? The center is home to a wide variety of specialists that visit you very soon if you have a referral.

If I can give them a zero star I would. They have the worst phone service I have ever experienced. When I asked to speak to a manager they said to send a email and they will forward it. Yea right.*EDIT; they have had the time to quickly reply to my review but still no answer from the email or Dr. This clinic is definitely the worst in all of Montreal.

Dr. Luck, Yaël is knowledgeable and doesn’t waste time getting down to the issue while still asking all pertinent questions to uncover any underlying cause. I was referred to her and within a week I had an appointment. I can now say that I was lucky enough to have received her services and wish the same to all seeking efficient and competent service!Great experience!
