I’ve never had a sales rep look at me as crazy as the one I met yesterday. Like I had personally insulted her just by walking in! I think she was mad she had to put her mask on as I was walking in (which is how I saw her make this face ☹️ and glare). She did offer to help but that doesn’t really matter if you look and sound like you want me to leave. I still said thank you after I left and all I got back was an “Mm.”

I was amazed how rude the sales person lady was.She asked our budget, we said 250$ and she was super rude after that. She said I don't have anything for you and was super rude afterwards! I strongly recommend that the owner talks to the sales person.We asked for her name and she refused to tell us that.

Horrible staff, overpriced junk. Staff legit told us off stating that their prices were so high because of their high rent, then called us cheapskates as we walked out of the store. If you wanna sell stuff have some customer service skills and know how to compete with the stores around you. Bentley has 2 locations in the mall and although its crappy stuff they know how to market it.Ended up buying what I wanted from Danier anyways, lolcheapskates.

I can’t believe how crazy and rude is the sale person lady in this location! I was taking a photo of one of the luggage in the store to send to my sister and she came and started talking very very rude and load that you should get permission from me to take photo. I was shocked of her bad attitude. If it is the rule of your store, She could tell me that with respect! I will never buy anything from this store again! Only because of the rudest sales person I have ever seen!

I went here to buy a Carry on luggage. The person inside helped us find a suitable one. He was very helpful and attentive and informed me that different airlines have different requirements for carry ons. The location is very nice and the atmosphere inside is nice too. The selection of stuff for travel there is sooo plentiful. I also bought a really nice leather bag for my laptop and work stuff. The store is roomy and the prices are quite inexpensive. I used the carry on for my trip to Calgary and it was perfect. If you want to buy stuff for a trip or need a knapsack for school, this is the place to go. Will definitely shop here again.

NOTE: NO REFUNDS!... That being said, the staff were willing to do their absolute best to find me a bag I liked to exchange for. Very happy with the new one!

I have purchased many products from this store, and I keep on coming back. The service is super awesome... my questions are always met with incredible patience and clearly years of experience. Independent stores are my favourite place to shop and support, I have recommended this store often and will continue to do so.

If you're looking for beautiful leather briefcases and evening purses at decent prices, this is the store for you. I've shopped at both Fairview mall and Eaton Centre locations and they both have the best selection in the mall, by far. Their prices are great, but when they have sales, they are unbeatable. The staff at both locations I shopped at were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had many questions and specific requirements, and they were able to help me decide on the best one for me. I'm a return customer... friendly service goes a long way!!!

No wonder this store has 1.5 stars on Yelp. I called to ask about a Samsonite carry-on. The sales lady was very rude and just simply told me there was no such sizes etc. But I explained to her that I got the sizes from Samsonite official website. Then she put me on hold to check, and later came back to say the measurement difference must be due to measuring with wheels or without wheels. (If she were knowledgeable, she could have told me this from the beginning instead of telling me that the sizes I asked for did not exist.)When I asked about the prices, she told me the carry on was on sale at the store for $199. I was a bit shocked at the price differences, and mentioned that Samsonite had it on sale for $159. (That is a $40 difference for a $159 suitcase.) Then she got upset, and said why I called her instead of just getting it at Samsonite? She said why I was wasting her time. Wow! Wow! (Well, I called because Samsonite has no stores near me, but this store is listed as one of the authorized retailers on Samsonite website. If you don't want people to call, why don't you ask Samsonite to take you off its listing as an authorized dealer? So everyone who visits or calls your store must make a purchase immediately; otherwise, he is wasting your time? Wow!)

A pleasant and amazing experienceI bought a carry-on spinner which unfortunately developed a problem on its maiden voyage. When I contacted the customer service, I was amazed about the prompt response. All subsequent e-mails were practically answered within 2 hours by Mark and The Laco Sac Team. I was told the warranty would cover zippers, handles, wheels etc. and to bring the case back to the store for repair or replacement, which I did on Tuesday and on Friday, a new, replacement case was waiting for me in the store!
