The gentleman at Michael's is lovely. I explained to him that I had a piece of jewellery not worth much but with sentimental value that I would like to get repaired, and he went above and beyond. Would highly reccommend

Michael is tremendous! I could not find anyone in my area (in the US) to fix my engagement ring so my MIL brought my ring to Michael. My setting had snapped two years ago and needed to be totally replaced. Michael's work is tremendous and flawless...looks brand new and untouched.THANK YOU Michael!

Just picked my engagement ring up after Michael sized it. The shop in Toronto where it was purchased was not very helpful, but Michael was! He was very transparent and did a phenomenal job. We'll be back for sure :)

Michael brought my vision to life with this beautiful 14kt white gold and multi diamond ring! My boyfriend and I went to him with the design in mind and he was able to create exactly what I was hoping for! The pictures don't do the sparkle of the ring any justice as the diamonds are extremely sparkly which I absolutely love. In fact, my ring caused a stir at the doctor's office this morning! Everyone noticed it and had to come and look at it! Thank you so much Michael, I love it and we will definitely be back for more over the years! I would highly recommend Michael, he is very professional, honest, kind and dedicated to the work that he does.

I have an engagement ring from the 1890s that was very poorly re-tipped at a jeweller in Hamilton. Michael fixed the tips, improving the overall look of the ring tenfold. I am SO happy with the result!
