I can't say enough good things about Wally and Emil at 3Bay. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from them and each time the service is impeccable. The quality of their work and products is excellent. You can without a doubt trust that what you're leaving with is done right, which is incredibly important to me when it comes to my vehicle safety as well as knowing I'm not being taken advantage of. I highly recommend 3Bay Auto and have for years.

Wally and his staff area amazing. I am a female alone and had taken my car in for repairs up north. The repair shop was telling me the computer was gone and it would be over $4K and couldn't get it going. I had it towed down to Wally and they had the car working within 2 hours and it was a $3.00 part. Wally inspected my car and sent me pictures of the underside of my car filled with huge holes and cracks in the frame. Wally told me this car was unsafe but nobody told me that until 3 Bay. They assisted me in looking at my options and I truly appreciated his guidance being alone and not knowing my way around a car. Wally looked out for my safety and I don't know how I can ever Thank them all enough.

Referred to them to to address an issue potentially covered under insurance claim. They were able to resolve the issue quickly, provided excellent customer service, and did not charge me for the fix. I would definitely use their services again.

Wally will look after you immediately if you have an unexpected problem. The facilties includong washroom are the cleanest ever!

Did a great job replacing my rear breaks and calipers! Their pricing was the fairest price I got after calling around a bunch of mechanics in the city. They were also flexible and accommodating when I asked to change my appointment. I only took off 1 star because they forgot to do the oil change I also requested but I am still very happy with their pricing and the fantastic job they did with my car!

my jeep broke down and these guys arranged for a tow and fixed my jeep in 24 hours at a good price im now coming here for now on thanks to Emil and his crew

This place is amazing. I have dealt with many dealerships and mechanics over the years and it's rare to find a place this good. I purchased a vehicle from them and it was the easiest car purchase I've ever made, they took care of everything. Wally and staff do amazing work on the vehicles they sell. Cleanest shop I've ever seen too. It just shows the pride and care that goes into everything they do . Highly recommended.
