ORDER #B0BB9A whole pizza did not show up though Uber eats. Just left the bags at my door & left. You can’t call Uber, you can’t call the store. Uber refunds you in 3 - 10 BUSINESS days. And only the amount of the order, not delivery or tax so you’re still paying for absolutely nothing. I can’t call the driver, it just says wait for his call, I can’t call Pizza Hut. It just puts you in the endless loop of a head off representative that will have no idea what actually happened then 3 beeps, hangs up.So, I ordered a single pizza now AGAIN from their store on January 29th 7 PM & I’m waiting to see if paying for 1 thing twice actually makes it show up.My real question is, how do you miss a whole pizza box & how does Uber stop drivers from stealing food? How can we actually prove it without wasting our hard earned dollars? Why can’t I just call a store & say hey did you guys forget it? Can you send it please?Unbelievable, if it was a sauce or drink then ya ok I would understand that.But a key selling item, PIZZA HUT, that forgets to deliver the pizza?!?EDIT: I re ordered my pizza & 2 of the same one showed up at my door pretty quickly. One for free.I’m surprised that you guys did this.Putting the star rating up now.That was a good way of handling the situation from a business.I suggest having a way to have a phone line open for people in the future please.

The worst pizza I have tried in my entire life. Was delivered extremely dry, probably was left by someone else and Pizza Hut just heated it in microwave. And then it would have been tasted better. Alfredo sauce? No, there was none. Chicken pieces were super small. Would not recommend, i almost choked on it.

Ordered via Uber eats most of the time and they were great or so I thought. I decided to give the delivery service a go and get a cheese lover. The pizza was so dry,I was tasting bread majority of the bites, I could not taste the tomato sauce on the pizza. Tried again tonight with what I always get “cheese lover, pan crust” paid for extra sauce this time too. One bite in I realized it wasn’t pan crust. Called to let them know to be told that I don’t know the difference even by Riaz. Being in fast food industry myself and how they approached the situation at first most definitely turned me off from even expecting an apology. If it was possible no stars would have been given. I’m highly disappointed and annoyed at this point. Please train your employees on phone etiquette.

First time being at this location. I ordered the My Box Combo which is a great deal. $10.99 for 3 topping personal pizza with 5 chicken bites with choice of sauce or fries. This location did a better job cooking the pizza than some others where its not cooked long enough and feels like chewy dough. This one wasnt burnt but was crispy and just right. Also they coated the bites in honey garlic instead of haphazardly throwing it on. So I would come back here if in area.

Order # 148 Anila took our order. She did not ask if it was cash or credit. The driver didn't have a credit machine. We had to scramble to come up with 60 bucks. Pizza was over cooked and we were short 2 wings. Called 3 times never got any anywhere! Can't believe how long it took to get through. How do you stay in business?Needless to say we will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Good food as always, but the new melts offer is definitely not worth it, besides the fact that you can't order one for one person instead of a pizza because it falls below their base delivery price, add just a pop to put it over and it becomes the price of a whole pizza, for basically a slice and a pop.

Where’s the cheese?So, I used to love this place and they used to be pretty generous with the cheese and other toppings. The last couple of orders however, well, they’ve been horrible; the toppings are over cooked and dried out, there’s very little sauce and worst of all, there’s no cheese on the pizza! Why am I paying $25.49 (plus taxes) for that?! I’d much rather make the trip to Pizza Munno or La Pizza and Pasta.

Ordered online and stated contactless delivery but that doesn't mean no communication at all!!! I don't believe in tipping before service is provided so if this is how delivery people deem what kind of service they will provide, then I'm glad I don't. I was ready to provide cash tip when the delivery driver knocked on my door to let me know my pizza had arrived, but I had no clue how long my pizza was sitting on my porch before I started to question where's my pizza. Delivery ETA was 7:10, but when I hadn't heard anything at 7:40 I decided to check. There they were, on my step, on the rain... no tip for you! Cold pizza, soggy cold fries with our box meals, and numerous unanswered calls to the store. Pizza Hut used to be my fave pizza place but not if this location does this....

Staff is friendly and service is usually fast but their food has gone downhill. Their pizzas, garlic bread and breadsticks all have hardly any cheese on them on my last several orders so I've stopped going here.
