I have used this business for two of my residences, and their customer service, as well as the quality of their products, have been excellent. Quality Custom Blinds
Jessica and Kyle Billdt are a great husband and wife team for Custom Quality Blinds. They complement each other with their skills and expertise and are very personable. First Kyle removed slats for me in 2 blinds. Second I bought 2 inch aluminum mini-blinds for 3 windows in my dining area and a Duette Architella Cell Shade (magnetic) for my living room. Jessica helped me pick out the colors. Third I bought a short literise extension pole to raise and lower the duette cell shade. Fourth they came and fixed a minor repair on the mini-blind. Great customer service and warranty on products Jessica kept me informed on my orders.

Jessica was very knowledgeable and so helpful in the selection of our blinds. She helped me choose replacements that matched our existing blinds and she was able to repair a couple of our old blinds. She insists on a high standard from Hunter Douglas. One of our new blinds will be replaced due to a small mark on the rail (that I didn't even notice). She and Kyle deliver and install quickly, professionally and pleasantly. I highly recommend Quality Custom Blinds!

Maybe they do great work but when your a the freeway and a company car cuts off twice and almost runs you off the road. I really question the careful they elsewhere.

I had Jessica and Kyle come out and give me a quote. I had already gotten another quote from another company but when I called quality custom blinds the quote they gave me was hundreds of dollars less then the the previous quote I got from some one else. They were able to come out Tonight half weeks later and were able to install my blinds They want just quick and professional but they were all around Really good people

Jessica the owner of Quality Custom Blinds has been terrific to work with.When I purchased my new house several years ago I has Quality Custom Blinds do all the windows with a variety of custom window coverings. Just recently one of the Hunter-Douglas up/down blinds became disabled. I called Jessica and she responded immediately to come and take a look.It could not be repaired so she made arrangements to have it replaced and it was still under warranty with Hunter-Douglas.I was very impressed with the service and integrity as Quality Custom Blinds-Jessica stood behind their work.I highly recommend Quality Custom Blinds!

I have no idea about your blinds but whoever just drove towards Arlington at a ridiculous speed in one of your vehicles, cutting up cars along the way, really doesn't promote your company, quite the opposite.
