They permanently damaged my lense while trying to fix my glasses. They didn't give me any warning beforehand and didn't tell me they damage even though it's clearly visible. They put too much heat on the frame and it cause crazing to the lense, make it shattered inside the lense and unrepairable. The worse thing is they didn't admit it, they said it's already there before they fixed it. Why would I wear a glasses like that, cant even see with that crazing. The glasses is only 8 months old. They not even say sorry or try to be helpful, they just let me leave without any solutions and with a glasses that they broke. It's not what an optical should do. I have a trip in a few days, but now I have no glasses so I cant see and work, and have to spend hundreds to get a new pair of glasses. Please have the manager call me, I'll be happy to discuss any solutions if any.

Great place with many options. I had special requirements with regards to my glasses. They did wonderful job by providing what I expected. Thanks guys.

Bought a pair of eyeglasses there. Price is really reasonable. They are really friendly and professional. Would definitely go there again if I need another eye glasses.
