Very professional shop. Front counter staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure my son's Moped tires were ordered on the spot. Called me when they came in (earlier than expected). Reasonable pricing that included mounting.

Ty is the best!I’m just moved hear and show up with a bike that would not start. And 2 hours later got a call come ride your bike. I had my bike at Pair A Dice Trikes in sunny brook Alberta for 2 months 2020 and 2 months in 2021. Same problem they called me and said we can’t figure it out, come get your bike!

Would never. Recommend made a call about the part don't know what's going on for the guy but it is no reason to treat people like an a hole and like ur better then everyone definitely needs a proper lesson on using manners and customer service

Great build on my bike Ty, had a couple of things to look after exhaust wise .but nothing major easy to solve, totally different machine today than when I brought it in Nov 1 / 22, highly recommend Valley custom , speaking of custom, there will be more coming your way bud !!!!

Jack and the boys got me back on the road after a blown rear tire. Even stayed late and offered me refreshments because it was so dam hot. I think I found my go to shop. Thanks to my brother Don for referring them.
