Montanna is amazing to deal with. She helped me find exactly what I needed without hesitation. I recommed going to see her. Her assistant manager, Dustin is also great help!

The staff at this store are astonishingly terrible. Rude, disrespectful and ignorant. I will never shop here again. Interesting that so many others have had the same experience.

The customer service at this location is terrible. The manager is very rude and has a terrible attitude . Never ever will shop again at this location.

The lady working over the place was so mean and racist. We asked about a product her instant response was that it's too expensive for you. That's ridiculously mean and judging. People like this should not work at malls. They shouldn't be working anywhere if you don't have a sense to provide a descent customer service. I'm never ever going back there.

Staff was helpful in fixing an issue that originated outside the store and resolved it to my satisfaction.

I've been here maybe 5 times prior and finally decided to purchase a hat yesterday from here. Even when I was just looking around, their employees were always helpful.Anyways yesterday I had buyers remorse with my hat (make sure to ask them about the material used on them, some are itchy/irritating), went in at 5:50 pm (10 minutes before closing), and they still helped me out with an exchange to a 100% cotton hat instead. Much more satisfied with my purchase.

So I went here today to get the new habs final hat. Upon arrival I ask the lady behind the counter if they have it she laughs and says no. I ask when do you think you will get it. She replies its probably in this box and kicks a closed box behind the counter. I ask her if she can check it because I really want the hat. It's a really big deal that the habs are in the final to me. She laughs and says no. I ask her why and she says because I don't want to as she's kicking the box across the floor to the stock room. I guess she thought i was a joke. I buy my season hat and playoff hat here every year for the past 10 years. I've missed this store dearly because of covid. I finally got a chance to go and I get laughed at in front of my 2 kids. Thanks I'll find a new lids to shop at.

Stood outside the store on a Sunday, 5 mins prior to opening. Girl inside was stocking and looked right at us. All the stores opened promptly at 11, she stood there wiping down her counter. Waited for 5 more mins, doors still closed, so we left. Ignorant.

At first looking at some of these reviews even though most of them are good I was attracted to one review about customer service not being up to standard, I had originally bought a hat online from the lids website but unfortunately it did not end up being the right size so I had came in to the store for an exchange but upon arriving I was greeted by a very nice women who asked if I needed help right away. So I told her my situation and she did everything right they did not have the same hat that I ordered online but they had some better options in the store she had helped me getting the right size for my head and overall I was satisfied with my service with even getting a compliment about my hoodie on the way out by another worker. The reason it did not get the 5 star was because my hat online costed about $60 with shipping and they would only return the original amount of the hat which was $45 so I had just ended up exchanging it and losing $15.
