I have needed emergency visits on two occasions and the staff have been so helpful and quick to see me the same day. Both optometrists are phenomenal and take the time to always explain what’s happening and put me at ease. I would highly recommend this eye clinic!

Dr. Cheung is absolutely the best. He is professional, thorough, offers detailed explanation of his services and always goes out of his way to support his patients. The staff at Iris are also extremely friendly, kind, reassuring and welcoming.

My family including 2 young kids have been using the Oshawa location for a few years. The building interior is clean, looks nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly from the time you enter. Dr. Parikh is also very good explaining everything very well and clearly and he is great with kids!

I visited in mid-March and really enjoyed my visit. Every staff member was very kind, welcoming and patient when answering any questions I had. I really enjoyed my experience and I'm looking forward to continuing my services with IRIS :)

I needed a new optometrist and found them on google. The ladies who run the front office are wonderful and extremely helpful. I saw Dr. Cheung. He was very thorough and helped me understand my prescription options. I would recommend IRIS to anyone looking for an eye doc!

I've been dealing with Iris since we moved to Oshawa over 8 years ago and to be honest, the staff, the eye doctors are amazing. They are polite, extremely thorough and professional. In fact, last week, I walked in, with no appointment, having an ocular emergency, and they took me in right away and treated my emergency and saved the site in my eye. Forever grateful.

I have been served by the staff at Iris, Oshawa, for a number of years. I have always felt cared for and well advised. A couple of times I have needed to see the Optometrist urgently and this has been accommodated with ease. The staff are all professional and caring and I have no difficult in recommending them should you need eye care.

Emma, you're amazing! She was very nice, respectful, and polite. AVOID MRS. CAROLINE, she lacks respect for people, she made insulting comments when my husband went to try on his glasses! She should not be in service if she doesn't know how to be respectful and professional!

Really happy with my experience. I saw Dr. Supan Parikh after my husband recommended him. He is a knowledgeable and professional optometrist. Dr. Parikh listened to my concerns, asked questions and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. I also really liked that he explained the pictures of my eyes and what and how to look for different eye issues that concern my eyes.The young lady that helped me through the process and did the eye tests was super friendly and helpful. A great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Parikh if you are looking for a Optometrist.
