I had a haircut and treatment done by Nicole, a master stylist. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She listens to what you’re asking for, but also willing to lend advice as well. Additionally, she doesn’t scold you or make you feel bad for split ends or dry hair. She was fun to talk to, and overall a really sweet girl. Definitely going back to see her again in the future. My haircut turned out amazing, and the treatment has made my hair feel and look so soft. Thank you again, Nicole.

Josh is my go to hair stylist and he’s amazing at what he does! Listens to what I like and want and delivers every time. The spa/salon is very clean and tidy and the rest of the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I feel at home every time I go there. Thank you Eccotique !

A hidden gem in Richmond Center. Amazing spa services such as waxing, manicures, pedicures, threading, massage, facials etc. Beautiful hair and skin care products such as Aveda, Olaplex, Demalogica, OPI, Kevin Murphy, Karastase, Bumble & Fanola to name a few. The hair services are top notch as well. Long time stylist Josh is super detailed from beginning to end with the most amazing highlights and cut techniques. I highly recommend this place, if you can get an appointment that is!

Do not buy products from here. There are no sample sizes available so you have to buy bigger portions and if it doesn't work out for you, they don't have refund policy- only exchanges for 14 day period. And the associates talk to you as if you owe them money and everything is your fault.Go to Sally Beauty, they have better customer service and return policy.

I highly recommend Eccotique, been going for many years. I actually get complimented on my hair thanks to the great talent there. I see Nicole for cut and color and she is great. She gives me honest professional advice for changes in color or cut and style and my hair always looks fantastic. I don't have to fuss with my hair because the cut and color is so well done. The staff are all very friendly and genuinely nice! Great product selection too.

Josh and Jessica ate my to go peeps. I've been with Josh for over 10 years. He knows my hair, knows my style, and he is amazing. Jessica is my eyebrow lady who I've seen for a couple of years now, knows exactly what I want each time I go to visit her. An amazing lady.

I have my hair cut here by Nicole regularly. It's a very professional and friendly place. They have been accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I never feel pressured. I have been in contact after they have reopened in May, and they have a very well organized COVID-19 plan in place. I chose to cancel my appointment because I wasn't comfortable going out yet and I received no hassle or guilt from them at all; their cancellation policy is modified right now due to the pandemic.
