After trying a number of other stores, I was able to get a tuxedo rental within less than a week. Frank was very accommodating.Based on my own experience, If you need a wedding tuxedo I’d highly recommend Tuxedo Junction.

Frank is a rare gem in the men's clothing line industry and his professionalism shows. Terrible experience. Lack of communication Got my suit rentals the day before the wedding with no time for adjustments. No phone call to advise they have even arrived. Also paid a deposit for a custom made suit and it’s been 5 months and not a peep or responses.Poor accounting as well. Almost over charged me until I caught the math as they don’t keep proper record of invoicing. Shop keeper was a friendly person, but does shady business. Avoid is my recommendation.

Despite multiple attempts to have our concerns addressed, emails and calls were not returned. We provided them with numerous opportunities to make things right but clearly they don’t care.They should be ashamed. People rent tuxedos for special occasions, like our group did for a wedding and they are knowingly giving out damaged, filthy and flat out terrible quality suits. The groom’s suit and shirt were badly torn, groomsmen all had items that were so dirty they couldn’t wear them, and the list goes on.Worst part was when we call to explain our issues they could care less. Basically told us we should have let them know sooner. Which was impossible due to all the fitting issues we picked up same day. So we were stuck.Long story short… go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service, terrible communication. They completely screwed my fiance on his tux rental 2 weeks before our wedding. He picked out a suit 3 months in advance, went for a fitting, had multiple email communications regarding when to come try the final suit on. When it comes time to try the suit on not only do they ignore his emails for 2 weeks, but when he calls and finally gets ahold of them they say that they had the date wrong in the system, and they don't have the tux he selected & paid a downpayment for. They suggested he select a new tux, but they have limited availability given our wedding is now 2 weeks away.Absolutely terrible experience.

My son needed a tux for his highschool prom. Frank was very helpful and professional. It was pleasant experience overall.

Rented a tux for a black tie event. Frank and his team where fantastic and made everything work on really short notice. These guys are the best for formal wear. I’ll be back to rent for the next wedding.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!They scheduled the final fitting 2 days before our wedding (even though he had never tried the pants on). The day of the fitting, the pants did not fit, the seam was literally ripped from how tight they were at the calfs, the vest had stains on the buttons and the jacket had visible loose threads on the back. The person working there seemed completely unphased by it, he did not seem to think it was a big deal at all.- Not a big deal that the pants don't fit? And I don't mean a slight adjustment, they were 2-3 sizes too small.- Not a big deal that the vest and jacket are in terrible condition? Why was this not checked before and wait for the fitting?The last thing you need 2 days before your wedding is the stress of your fiancé not fitting in his suit.The lack of care shown given that it was 2 DAYS before the wedding gave us no confidence that they would fix all the problems in one day (problems that should not have been there to begin with, why were his measurements so off? Why did no one check the condition of the jacket and vest?) and we ended up buying a new tux.I am seeing a lot of comments about people having similar experiences to mine where it seems that they simply don't give a sh***.

I was a bit nervous going here. This location is not very large but don’t let that fool you. They have everything you need and if they don’t they can get it!Due to my size I thought I’d be in for a bit of a challenge. Frank A very well dressed yet down to earth distinguished gentleman greeted us. Right away I could see I was in good hands. Frank was skilled both wise kind and no nonsense all at the same time. During our conversation I learned a lot. I can see why so many people have had great experiences at this Tuxedo Junction location. A great place to get a great suit whatever your budget. Service was excellent Frank knows his stuff, would definitely recommend this location!!
