It was the worst school I've ever seen. The school is a private Catholic school, with the worst teacher I've ever seen.Small school with small parking lot, and students over +18 classes are outside in the small prutoble. The school rate is super low. If you want to complete your credit or get a diploma and apply for college, you are WASTING your TIME. You can try, but later, you will definitely REGRET it.If you really want to study and complete your credit and apply for college, you should go to the high-level school, Scarborough Center for Alternative studies is one of them. What a horrible and unwelcoming attitude from the glasses wearing, short white hair,middle aged female guidance counsellor! From the moment she showed up after waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for her to assist me on enrolling she had the most obnoxious attitude towards me, like she hated the fact that i was in her presence and when I went inside her office she didn't even shut the door, absolutely no confidentiality. Once inside I simply asked that i wanted to enroll for adult school and that it was my first time coming to the location. She then laughed mockingly in my face saying that theres absolutely no way she could help me because I was too late to enroll. Then after feeling insulted, I asked her what courses they offer and if theres anything I can do to attend classes as soon as possible. Once again, she laughed in my face as if I were the village idiot and told me that theres no way she could help me, this so called Guidance councillor" didn't even attempt to help or give suggestions I could easily tell that all she wanted to do was get rid of me and the "long line" of 4 people who were waiting to speak with her. Love the school. But I have to say, there was one instance where I was confused. This random stranger walks into the school in the middle of the quad and demands they are enrolled. They dont even shut the door behind them when they go in for what I assume was a scheduled appointment! I cant imagine walking into a school, without a transcript prepared, and insisting I should be enrolled in a course halfway through the term.Great staff, very friendly and supportive. Every morning out of pocket the teachers make a delicious home cooked breakfast and every friday the food and nutrition class makes lunch for the whole school. They even accomodate all dietary restrictions! The student community is welcoming and inclusive. I could not have asked for a better alternative to the competitive cesspool I found public school to be.
