Entire purchase process was easy. No pressure, detailed explanation of all the features available.Hot tub arrived ahead of promised date, had regular communication from the service team.Install team was on time, professional and friendly. Great expansion of what is required for maintenance.Went with the salt water system, it is so easy to maintain tub cleanliness and love the app.Would definitely recommend talking to the team before buying any other hot tub.

We bought a Custom series Summit (with 40 jets) back in December 2022, so we've had about 3 months to test-run this baby. We've found it very therapeutic and we're definitely happy with our purchase. I'm probably sitting in it 5 out of every 7 days listening to a podcast or staring up at the stars. Everyone we dealt with at Arctic Spas was great - Vern and Salma were very knowledgeable and helpful in the store, Johnny and his crew ran the install to perfection, and Len went the extra mile to get our install done before the holiday season. Jamie also did a nice job on our electrical upgrade prior to install.As for the Summit - it's the perfect size for us. We've had 4 people in it, which fit no problem. Even 6 people would not feel terribly crowded. We're very happy with the Spa Boy system which automatically dials in the chlorine levels, so all we have to do is add a little pH balance and shock salts (Refresh) every now and then. These things make the chemical maintenance very simple and the salt water system means you don't have excessive chlorine odours. The filters have now captured a fair bit of stuff, so it may be time for us to replace those (which is also simple). If we have any complaints, I suppose it would be that the spa is not maintaining its connection to our wifi very well (this allows you to use the Spa Boy phone app to monitor your spa temp, chemistry, etc). But this could be a function of the relatively long distance to our modem/router. We'll likely buy a signal booster in hopes it will fix that.All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arctic Spas to friends or anyone else thinking about buying a hot tub. Tough to put a price tag on the therapeutic benefits and general enjoyment we get from it!

We recently purchased a new hot tub from Arctic Spas Kelowna. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was very smooth and easy even with the requirement for a crane to lift the tub into our back yard.

Friends had installed an Arctic Spa tub and, after years of owning a conventional tub on bromine, we really liked the salt water system. Our new tub was installed a few weeks ago and the experience every step of the way was first class. The install team had a few challenges but made sure all was in order and gave us a good briefing on care and operation. Looking forward to many years of enjoying our Cub.

I bought our Arctic Spa from Arctic Spas Kelowna 5 years ago. We have been enjoying our Arctic Spa every evening (even in summer) for the last 5 years and we have been very stress-free with the maintenance and repairs of our spa due to the excellent service we have received from Arctic Spas Kelowna. We chose Arctic Spa because it was designed for use in the extreme cold temperatures in the Interior BC. Arctic Spas have superior design in insulation and ease of access for maintenance and repairs. I was even able to replace the worn out water heater in our spa myself. I have been super relieved that Arctic Spas manufacturer has a retailer here in Kelowna dedicated to sell and support only Arctic Spas. In the last five years, I got lot of after-sales supports from Arctic Spas Kelowna. The owner of Arctic Spas Kelowna is very honest and he has never gouged us for any chemical supplies, repair parts or services. The pricing for after-sales products for our high-end spa is actually surprisingly cheap and reasonable. Ian, the service technician, is very learned and friendly. Ian was able to resolved a manufacturing defect of our spa that the technicians at Arctic Spas headquarters could not resolve. If you live in the Interior BC and want to enjoy a spa all year round, you must consider getting one from Arctic Spa Kelowna.

We moved to Kelowna from Ottawa where we had an Arctic Spa for 10 years and were extremely pleased with it.Once in Kelowna, we ordered a new Arctic Spa (in 2020) and are enjoying it as much and more as we did in Ottawa.Arctic Spa is a Canadian company and makes hot tubs for Canada and Canadian weather. We love our hot tub and use it as often as we can.The sales portion (Verne) was very pleasant and went smoothly.We have had no issues with our hot tub and any after sales service with Arctic Spa has been easy and straight forward. They are very helpful and always happy to advise on proper care and maintenance.We highly recommend Arctic Spa and their hot tubs.Christopher

We love our swim spa, which works exactly as it's supposed to. While regular pools have to be closed for the winter, we can enjoy swimming year-round.The purchase experience and delivery were very professional. But where Arctic Spas truly excels is in its aftermarket care. Each time we call or write with a question, we get a speedy, comprehensive and courteous response.
