Unfortunately this kfc has been going down hill for sometime now. I usually don't bother complaining because its fast food what do you expect gourmet but this I mean come on. I am use to little to no zinger sauce on the burger but the only piece of lettuce was black yuck

I was here mid January, and waited well over 10 minutes before even one order was taken from the line of people at 5pm. Tried again the start of February, and this time there was hair all through the 18pc chicken bucket. Tried to file a complaint, with no response. I called corporate, they said someone would call me regarding the issue and possibly offer a refund, nothing. I called back again another 7 days later, same answer, someone will call you. I've tried calling the store and let it ring for over 3 minutes and no answer from them either. I would NOT recommend this location at all.

Very tasty chicken, I have never eaten such a tasty one. French fries are delicious too. It was clean in the room. There were two people sitting next to us - they spilled a bottle of cola on the table and just left. The staff thinks that people go to them, not pigs. I was very ashamed that some people behave so badly.

I enjoy the brand just not this location. Made an order for a two bucket meal deal was charged in full. Upon delivery only one bucket of chicken. Missing the tenders and popcorn that I paid for.That was very disappointing and there was no refund or compensation at all for messing up an order.

I know it's only fast food but your still a paying customer...few of the staff very cold and unfriendly, tables not cleaned off, garbage can overflowing , and there's never ice in the pop cooler ....like come on.

Just horrible. Inside always looks dirty.. The table..floors and Pop area. The gravy was also yuck. Way down hill on taste and cleaness.. Still cost a lot though so some things haven't changed. The big crunch slopped together ..

Very disappointed. Lady behind the counter was great, but when I stopped my truck for the night and couldn't go back, I found this was the tenders I got in my order.The only reason anybody goes to KFC anymore is for the breading and spices.These tenders were naked.I'll never be back.

Definitely not the greatest KFC I’ve been to. Went at 9:30 at night, and felt completely unwelcome and like a burden to the employees. I tried to place an online order 15 minutes prior, however the app wasn’t working (which I’m told happens a lot) and I tried to call the order in, but was advised they no longer have call ins due to rude customers…Overheard staff in the back ground making passive aggressive comments about having to put more chicken and fry’s down. Perhaps they didn’t realize customers were in the store. The food I received was okay. This place has potential and is hit or miss.
