Alluster Storage

Alluster was awesome. They moved us out of our two bedroom and helped us get into the right sized storage (rather than overpaying for size we didn't need). The crew was fast, clean, and extremely nice. This was the easiest moving experience we've ever had

Alluster Storage service gave me a freedom to shop in Vancouver area when I was living in interior BC. I found the items but I was stuck since I couldn’t pick them up straight away. I searched most movers and storage services and they were too expensive for the things I was purchasing. After extensive research I found Alluster. They were running things very modern way via web and chat which was very simple but I wasn’t fully convinced until they made a first pick up. The movers communicated well with me and the place they were picking up from and even sent the photos. They were reliable and efficient. After that first pick up I was convinced that I could fully rely on the company. The communications were easy and reply was fast and they were very accommodating. I thank Bailey especially. The very last service I was impressed with was when one of the item had missing hardware and they actually found it and mailed it to me. So overall my experience with Alluster is remarkable. I am glad that there is a such a service available especially now a days with market place shopping. Highly recommend!

We have been customers since Alluster took over our previous storage company. Bailey has been great to deal with and does everything she can to accommodate us even at the last minute. The drivers are professional and provide great service.

I stored my belongings with Alluster over summer break while I was home from school. While the movers provided excellent service, the management staff that I spoke to were not. My air fryer was returned to me completely broken and when I contacted Alluster customer service, they would not reimburse me, claiming it was broken due to insufficient packing.Sadly, the air fryer was a gift I received before leaving for school and not one I can afford to replace on a student income. I would caution others that they are sticklers when it comes to broken items and it was a pretty disappointing experience/start to the semester.

We have had our things in storage for almost 2 years now first when it was Shed and continued with Alluster. The service from beginning to end was fantastic. I would highly recommend using them. We scheduled all of our contents to be delivered for today. They sent a confirmation email with the amount of time it would take to unload.Mac & Jass where on time friendly and courteous. It took them a little less time to unload. Awesome guys and great job.We would definitely use this service again in the future. Thank you very much for making our move a little less stressful.

They were amazing!! Very helpful and kind staff, easy to communicate and work with. They made moving my things out, storing them and returning my items easy and a lot less stressful than it could have been. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a reputable, reliable storage company. Their prices were also a lot better than other companies.

Y’all, these guys are amazing! Alluster helped me move out of my apartment while I was halfway across the world. The service was seamless and impeccable. Alluster staff that helped with moving were nothing short of kind, courteous and very very quick (like impressively quick). The admin team made sure to check in as much as they could to make sure they could best round everything up and folks were contact-able. Seriously, from head to toe this company is amazing. I rarely take the time to review stuff but these guys just deserve it all. I wish there were more than just five stars to give. Highly recommend. Will only be using Alluster for all my storing and moving needs going forward. You guys are terrific!! Thank you so much for all the help.

Professional, efficient and friendly staff. We recently hired Alluster to move out of our condo and also organize a 10X10 storage locker and found the experience to be very positive from start to finish. Their website is extremely user-friendly and their prices were competitive. It was nice to deal with respectful and overall helpful movers instead of some of the questionable contracted companies I’ve worked with in the past. I would highly recommend using Alluster for your moving and storage needs!

Professional, efficient, quick & great prices. My boxes were picked up on time and returned on time. Everything was in perfect condition, even the boxes! I have used other storage companies before and the boxes came back dented and dirty.Alluster will take care of your items when it leaves your home and return them in the same condition. I will definitely call them again if I need them.Everything was returned in perfect condition even my fragile and valuable items, they took care of everything.By the way, I am a return customer.

Really impressed with the professional top notch service and the very reasonable prices for storage in a city where storage can be very expensive. Our family recently had to store many boxes and items while we moved into our new home. The team at Alluster has been nothing short of professional, respectful and friendly from the customer rep Bailey to the movers Regan and Bri. Each and every time we contacted Alluster for pick up to delivery of items I have been really impressed with how quick they were to respond, how courteous, and how on time they were. They handled my items with utmost care and were so patient with where every box needed to be placed in the house. Their communications with you on the day of delivery was also impressive . I will definitely use them again if I ever need offsite storage again. Thank you Alluster!
