While they offered a lower quote than most.Upon making a claim we found that the vin number Aviva had on file was off by a 3 digits (the error was on aviva's end). I had to send all car Sale contract, certified vehicle agreement, SAQ service receipt, car registration, photo proof of VIN# ON my vehicle, finance docs etc, on 4 different occasions upon Aviva's request over 3 separate weeks. Only to be told the same thing the VIN number we have on file doesn't match the VIN on your car so we need to verify". My claim agent is/was useless

Best place to insure your tesla. Others cant even compair as far a price and services /perks offered to new or existing tesla owners.

nobody picks up the phone and when they do they hang up on u or transfer u 2 the wrong placei called industry canada and consumer protection the montreal location must be a scam of some sort

I have some news. I am 67 yr old senior on a fixed pension. Despite sending emails saying that I would not be renewing my policy because I wasn't happy with the service and asking them to Cancel my policy, they chose to remove over 325$ from my bank account. Is that illegal? Can I sue? I'm not able to pay some bills or buy food. I had to borrow money. Needless to say they have not as yet returned my money. I'm not sure they will. I've contacted my bank and they will try and help me. Please beware. Don't be next. There are other choices out there.

Can't rate with less than 1, it would be minus -5.Very bad agents!!!!!Very bad policy!!!!!You can have your policy cancelled without any reminder when your payment did not pass. We did not receive any notice that there were problem with our payment. We received directly the letter of cancellation. We had to pay the whole year. TOTALLY UNFAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The agents so UNHELPFULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even don't want to listen to you!LOOK FOR OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE DO YOUSELF A FAVOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
