Rosslyn Inn and Suites

Terrible beds, it was like sleeping with your feet in the air and rolling off and each side of the mattress. The room was very clean, but needed serious updating. Mold from condensation on the bathroom ceiling. Peeling wallpaper, warping flooring from water damage. Lamp shades had stains.Although, the bedding was very fresh and crisp. Room cleanliness and amenities such as disposable cups and toiletires were impeccable. The whole inn outside of the room rented was very clean. Friendly staff and helpful staff.Pricing for room and damage deposit required is a bit steep considering the state of the room. Many competitors can offer newer rooms with great beds for the same price the Rosslyn offers. We only stayed here for the fact it was close in distance to family members housing, services such as groceries, restaurants and shopping. This place could be up so much further up in scale with very minimum updates such as mattresses for the location, which would make up for the pricing in rooms and suites.

This is a great place to get a home cooked meal with a great atmosphere and wonderful staff that take pride in customer service. Revisiting this place always makes you feel at homeThanks for numerous enjoyable meals

Booked this for my daughter on her very first adult" stay from home .Having multiple problems in her first room she eventually got moved only to find the next room had no hot water.I called to ask what was going on

Check in was quick & easy, once at our room, the key card wouldn't work, so back down I go to the lobby to get new ones issued. Once in the room the temperature could not be brought down to a respectable temp, even with turning on the A/C for hours. The floors are laminate which transmits sound incredibly, which is not what you want when you are tryin to sleep & anything happening on the floor above the sound is amplified. There was also a smoke detector low battery notification chirping every 30sec. in a room a few doors down, even with letting the front desk know about this, nothing was done throughout my stay (two nights), so we heard chirping all the time while in our room. This makes the hotel very noisy & not peaceful.The location is a bit on the dodgy side, but that is no one's fault, IIWIS. On check out, I normally I just return my key card, & know that my room deposit will be refunded, & an emailed statement will be sent. Because I paid by debit card, I had to manually check out & then had to wait for housekeeping to check the room to make sure we didn't trash it in order to get my deposit back. This was a lengthy process, & had I known it would take so long, I would have used my credit card instead.Broken glass (someone's bong) was right outside the front doors when I left that morning, which wasn't early, & it wasn't until someone else mentioned it did housekeeping bother to clean it up.All in all, I would not recommend staying there. I know I will chose differently next time.

We checked in to this hotel as a last minute need. When looking online at their site they had availability for 104$When we checked in they said the cheapest was 127$ even though I seen if we booked online it was cheaper.Then when I went to shower the shower head was broken. It wouldn’t stay up and water was sputtering at one of the joints.The bottom of the tub was visibly dirty, especially on the side of the tub where the drain is.When we were checking out I told the receptionist and all she said was “oh. I’ll let someone know”Not even a sorry, not even a “how was the rest of your stay”Will not be staying here again

If I am in the area I love to stop for breakfast at the Ross. Thank you for the great service and tasty breakfasts

Most terrifying experience. Someone tried to break into our room at around 430am. Called the front desk and they called security but I never heard about it again. Room quality was low as well and the bathroom was super outdated and dingy. Super dangerous area and I won't stay again. The staff was lovely though.

My son was at Rosslyn inn & suite there was an INCIDENT that happened on Oct 11,22. Security called EMS to send my son to the hospital. My SON DIE in the HOSPITAL. When the police and I contacted the MANAGER to get the SURVEILLANCE video of what happened to my son at their establishment, they neglectfully ALLOWED ALL the VIDEO EVIDENCE to be override in order to COVER UP Their organizationTherefore, the family is unable to get JUSTICE or CLOSURE for him. How safe are you if they are covering up a crime that happened on their premises?
