Made one phone call and was no issue getting a rental that same day! Will definitely be using these guys for any future rental services and highly recommend them!

Not much of a rental agency though the car was decent. Took half an hour to pick up a car that wasn't clean, I had to wipe a greasy film off the windshield just to see out of it. Then I was told upon return that I have to clean the car out... All 2 little pieces of garbage. I said the car wasn't clean when I picked it up and all major rental companies clean them out in between rentals, garbage and all. The reply was Well

Had the worst experience with this location. They gave two offers but only had one car onsite. They even blamed me for arriving late so they would rather rent the car to the one who didn’t have a reservation. I reserved an intermediate car but the one they had on site was just a smallest one. Can’t believe how terrible the renting service this place could offer.

These guys were great wiht their service. At first my trip to Osoyoos they were giving me up to 750km for the three day trip but when I returned the Honda Odyssey they waived the km I used up to a 1000km for the three day trip. They also gave me the Honda Odyssey with snow tires with their regular price for the Honda Odyssey without the snow tires. I definitely recommend these guys. I will definitely go to them again in the near future. You just have to pull your bargaining chip so your ends can meet Remember they are also competing with the bigger franchise like Enterprise, Budget, Avis etc.

Terrible experience. Rental car was not at the location as it said was online.They called in the morning said it would be there in 10 min, took 45 min and i was late for my meeting. I rented because they had a car available.Don't trust their online stock availability.

Great service-Great price. They go the extra mile! It is not my first time renting there and certainly it is not the last one! I am rating Five stars because there is no more.

Worst place, they didn't have the car on site and couldn't rent it because they don't accept any of my 2 Visa cards. Way to go moron!
