Ken was amazing! I was on my way back from a ride to and from the Arctic Ocean and I had a problem with my rear tire while I was in Campbell river and Ken stopped what he was doing and help me right on the spot. Thank you so very much Ken!

Outstanding service! As total strangers new to town, Ken welcomed us and treated us like gold. A truly skilled and experienced mechanic that solved a mystery issue with one of our fleet that numerous other shops weren't able to solve. Amazing mechanics are hard to find... Ken is the real deal! I cam for the bike from the Vancouver, as Giant bikes are not allowed to be shipped. Shop owner kept a bicycle for me, made all the adjustments to my height and was very helpful with all the arrangements. I would highly recommend them as very professional and knowledgeable with everything related to the bikes. I was also very pleased to see that they have basically everything that you might need as an amateur or a professional cyclist, would it be an MTB, cross country, or road.Highly recommended!

The owner of Pedal Your World, and the staff, are passionate about what they do. And it shows! I stopped by to buy some rear brake pads. Ken, the owner, immediately dropped everything in the middle of his busy day to quickly install new brake pads. I returned a few days later for a full bike service. I was expecting to pay 10 times the amount of the final bill. I couldn't believe it! Growing selection of quality eBikes too! I'm very impressed with Pedal Your World. Fantastic!

I am so pleased!! After going to two other bike shops with negative results, one in Nanaimo and one in Parksville, I got a referral from another satisfied biker and Ken and his shop fixed me up!!! I had a bent crank and they found parts that will work till I can order proprietary parts from the manufacturer. Couldn’t be happier as we are headed down the Washington and Oregon coast from beautiful Vancouver Island!!

Super friendly staff who gave us great recommendations on where to take our rented mountain bikes (Beaver Lodge Lands, and we also cycled most of the Greenway too!) Snapped a chain towards the end, but they were more worried about how far we'd had to walk than they were about charging us any extra, which we definitely appreciated! Overall, great service, and definitely recommend to anyone who has a free day around Campbell River!

Best bike shop in town. Always great service. Bought a full face helmet and gloves and they’ve also tuned up my dads bike for me a few times. The people on staff are knowledgeable and helpful every time I need something like a pump or new tires. Also the owners are great people who live CR and I’m happy to recommend Pedal your World to everyone.
