4 to 4.5 stars for me. Installed an opener with them for our manual garage door. Problem was we have an extremely low ceiling clearance that made things difficult/complicated - called several other companies and they said they couldn't do it. Only J&S said yes. When they came they were also very professional and very efficient. Only issue is that they left a bit of a mess that I only discovered after it was done.

I chose J&S to install my customized garage door after speaking with five other vendors. I have not been disappointed! This is a top notch firm that does amazing work and with pricing that is much better than the competition. From the start, Michelle in the front office was beyond helpful. She sent me pictures of my house with different door styles and colours to help me decide which door to select. Joe and his colleague who installed the door were efficient, professional, friendly and essentially masters of their craft! They had the new door installed and working smoothly before I had the chance to oversee what they were doing. I was so impressed, I recommended them to my neighbour who subsequently hired J&S to install a garage door opener. This was after she was told by two other companies that it couldn't be done because the garage ceiling was too low.I am extremely pleased that I chose this firm. I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review. It's been 7 weeks and we are very happy with our new garage doors. When we ordered them, Michell was very helpful with trying out different options on the computer and how it would look on our home. We also had the maintenance free capping put on and we picked a window frame insert to match our outdoor lights. Install was very professional and timely. Prices are competitive. Hoping that theses doors will hold up over the long haul. Overall it was a great experience.

Joseph is incredibly skilled and did an amazing installation. 5 other companies said it was not possible to install a low headroom garage door. Joseph took one look at it and said no problem. Yesterday we installed our new garage door by J&S garage experts. Wow! they came in earlier than anticipated and got the job done in less than two hours. Our door looks amazing! We highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs.

We wanted to replace our manual garage door with a motorized one for several years but we didn't have enough clearance for a standard unit. A neighbour had called in Garaga to fix their door so we asked what they could do for us. They said they could do the job by lowering the track. They performed the work expertly. The new door looks great and works flawlessly. I highly recommend them.

J&S garage doors I highly recommend. Due to an issue outside of his control, Sam was unable to make an earlier appointment earlier in the day but assured me he would come by to repair the door. He called at 9pm to let me know he would come over within the next 30 minutes to replace the cable in my garage door. Highly professional and a quality job was done.
