Happy Hardwood Floors and Stairs

Happy and his team did staircase at my home, they renovated old ones and made a new one with railing, the good point about his team was doing projects timely , for my job, time was essence and they did very well , for quality , I am not full satisfied about painting quality and the worst for me , was stair noising .

We have used Happy Hardwood Floors and Stairs for several projects in our home including new tile, new hardwood floors, new stairs, laundry room and shower. We are very happy with their work. They won’t stop until you are satisfied with the job. Highly recommend.

We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work provided by Happy. His workers are professional and skilled. They are very accommodating and hard working. They showed up when they promised to, which allowed for our renovations to run extremely smoothly. Guests and family have commented on how wonderful our house looks and rave about the beautiful staircase! We will definitely call Happy again when we decide to start the next project in our home!

We had our hardwood floors done we couldn't be happier with the results. Happy and Binh are honest, reliable, always reachable and deliver what they promise. They went above and beyond to finish the work in our home within the short period of time we had. The work was fast and efficient, without sacrificing quality, and their prices are affordable. Finally a trustworthy contractor. Happy and his team were great. We visited Happy at his store and he help us with our decision on what type of floor we wanted. From there it was a smooth transition to the final floor layout. The floor looks fantastic. Our basement looks like a new room from what it was before Happy was involved. Happy was more than willing to help us with any issues during the project and I would highly recommend happy and his team.

I found Happy by Google searching and reached out to get an estimate to redo our floors and stairs. At first, he was quick to respond, seemed knowledgeable and even asked me to send inspiration photos so he can bring samples to the home visit for me to see. However, since the visit, I have yet to receive a quote. Although he said he thought it was sent (days later he promised also), I did not receive anything and even checked spam and my deleted folder in case I accidentally deleted it. When I asked to confirm his email for me to search my inbox, he never responded. Til this day, I have not received a response or a quote. I was excited to potentially work together but if the quote has not been provided in a timely manner, it makes me question the work habits.

We gave happy team our house staircase for making new one , his team was really ontime , fast . Other contractors couldn't do this job in my time but happy team did well, I just didn't give him 5 stars because of abit painting issue for rest everything is good and professional, and in reasonable price.

We chose to use them in good faith due to the good reviews online. It was nothing but a bad experience. Was not punctual at all. Arriving several hours late after scheduled time(s) and us continuously chasing them to get the project done. Several promised completion dates were not met. Made many excuses and could not keep their word on any part of the project process. Left a mess in the house (cutting dust everywhere, walls left with marks, etc.) We had to do intensive cleaning and re-paint the walls. We were very patient and understanding but they completely took advantage. Finishing was not the greatest. They were very irresponsible and we were disappointed. In the very end, we completed the final parts of the project ourselves. Will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone else. If you decide to use them, proceed with caution.

If only all contractors were like this team. Binh was the only contractor that took the time to come visit the home to inspect the project before pricing. He was always available for questions and very personable. His team was punctual and did a great job upgrading / revamping our 2 staircases. Good workmanship, efficient and good outcome. I especially like the constant communication between his team and the client - no assumptions were made - they always checked with me to clarify decisions. The whole process was made easy and done efficiently. Very happy with Binh and team!
