Worst customer service. Doesn't value customer's time. I gave this parlor 5 star back in 2018. I am taking my 5* and giving 0 star . They don't promptly reply from their business numbers. Their business hours start from 11 am. But they don't accept customer for hair coloring/ facials until 2pm. When I asked about this, they said they have kids other job etc. Then I would say its better to change time than giving fake advertisement. Last time when I did hair coloring with them, I waited longer for them to serve their other customers. Once they done with t other customers , they quickly wash my hair and didn't dried my hair properly. Because they were in a hurry to close the shop. I got cold and sneezing and I have to take off from work for 5 days because of these people.

Great service. They don't rush, take their time to make sure you look good. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I went in for hair trimming and the lady couldn't even cut the hair in equal length. Half of my hair were longer than the other half and moreover she charged me $25 for that. Very poor service.

Nice place, minimal wait time, you can book an appointment in advance to save time. So happy, finally found someone who does my eyebrows best and don't have to explain it to them every time. Personalized service, reasonable price and excellent customer service:)

Great place for your beauty needs. The prices are cheaper than market but quality is high.

I strongly recommend to visit this place. I prefer going to this place instead of any other salon's as their customer service is as great as their work. I love the shape they has given to my eyebrows and i like the way these ladies chahat and supriya deal with their clients.

Really good place to get your cut. I just moved in the neighborhood and went here my first time and had a great experience. They gave me a great fade and lined me up perfectly. They only take 15 bucks as well which is really good. Definately will be going back.

Worst ever experience.!!! I went in getting my eyebrows & upper Lip done. The brow lady didn't even ask me how I want my brows shaped ?? !! very strange! Poor customer service, no courtesy.The worstest part she ripped off skin on my upper lip with wax . I would say HELL NO to PJ's.

Good place for women makeup & stuff. It is very affordable and staff is really sweet and knowledgeable. Try to book appointment via phone to save time. Highly recommended.
