If I could give more than 5 stars I would. March 16th (2023) at quarter to 11 at night I required someone to be able to attend a pick up for an high value item of mine between 7-7.30 AM window the coming morning. The gentleman who picked up the phone was not only kind, unbelievably accommodating, and met my needs swiftly but as did his dispatcher Roy. I unfortunately don't remember the name of the person (I'm very sorry to whomever I'm not getting to credit) who took my initial call but I hope this review affirms to those considering ZIP to absolutely use them. Thank you Roy and the wonderful person who took my call last night. Undoubtedly will be referring people to ZIP and using their service as my go to for my couriered items.

These guys were absolutely fantastic - highly recommend! They took my call on the weekend and managed to organize a last minute dedicated courier for the next day. Chris who I spoke to even went in to the office on the weekend to make all arrangements which was above and beyond. The courier service was on time and delivered the package safely to its destination.

We needed the package to be delivered in the same day from PoCo to Delta, everything was ready by 10am, paid as REGULAR, but the package was delivered 2 days later !?! The only silver lining was that when I called them the person on the other side was OK.

They're fine to deal with as long as you never have to call dispatch and speak to the miserable woman who answers the phone and doesn't let you finish your sentences, then gets the business name wrong 'cause she steamrolled over you when you were trying to talk :')

We were super impressed with Zip Courier! As we were not at our place when Chris arrived with our luggage, he kindly offered to bring it to Granville Island. He was kind and accommodating.

Very unreliable delivery service. I paid for rush service for a document to be delivered by 1pm same day. Seems like they completely forgot the order. I called back around 1:15 since the document had not been picked up yet and it was still going to be 30 minutes before they picked up the package and another hour to actually deliver the document. First and last time I will ever use this company.

I depend on delivery services for my business - I called 4 times to ensure a delivery would be picked up - which I shouldn't have to. Lo and behold, nobody has shown up to pick up the delivery

Zip was awesomeness all round. We need a package picked up and moved to Helijet because FedEx dropped the ball. Zip took care of this ASAP and gave us updates on which bird had our gear. Thanx to Zip we shipped on time.
