Disappointed. After paying 180 something after taxes I got;Likely insemenated couch, stained sheets, pretty dinged up stainless steel fridge, shoe rack that basically falls apart when you use it, broken step at the door frame, other dirty things and upgraded to the (free on their website) underground parking" so I didn't have to illegally park on a busy street beside a yellow curb

This was the highlight of our visit to Vancouver Island. We had planned on doing more sightseeing the day we stayed here. Instead we decided to just sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the boats come and go.We had the Presidential with the full kitchen and washer and dryer. So doing out laundry was a perfect excuse to relax for the afternoon. We had a memorable dinner at the restaurant right by the marina. The next morning we were up early to catch the ferry. It was just a short distant down the road. Another plus was the secure parking in the garage under the hotel.

Nice place, clean. Could have had more dishes in the kitchen. Unfortunately the pier bar was closed. And the internet completely sucked. But the staff was really nice. It had a nice walk along the ocean into down town and it's close to the ferry.

Was incredibly noisy, everything from road noise, the shipyard next door, and could hear every step above us. Suite was a decent size but room is poorly appointed, the room was not clean at all and one of the worst beds I've ever slept in. Way overpriced for what you get, would never stay again.

Was a pretty good visit. They actually updated the entertainment system the same day we checked in. Huge 65” TV, played our favourite music stations the whole stay. Air conditioners were okay, incredibly noisy and almost unusable at night. The toiletries were kept up but the white tiles always appeared to be dirty with dark spots. They are selling the waterfront view, which is fine from the balcony, but the glass could use a serious windex, same with the glass windows on the balcony. The view isn’t great when sitting but is fine when standing. The View restaurant and David Charles Yacht club seemed to always be hosting large events on the rooftop patio which were kind of loud so not ideal for families with kids. The interior is very modern is some places but there’s the occasional outdated fixture or kind of sub par element. The wifi was good. It was individual to the room more like a condo and less like a hotel. As others have mentioned the walls are paper thin, luckily I’m not as impressionable, lol. The parking setup was good. Lucky our SUV fit in the underground parking garage. They supplied an in car opener which made it very convenient. Overall an okay stay. Just a few things that weren’t ideal for paying $300/night

Definitely not a hotel or resort. Kind of pricey for what you get. Rooms are nice enough and are clean but it feels like a so-so time share rather than a resort".Example: bedroom door hinges has 3 out of 9 screws installed and door was pulling out of the frame. A/C is cheap and noisy Home Depot style that sit on the floor in the room. Front desk is closed after 10pm and before 10am.Kind of a weird place."

The most beautiful Hotel Suite I have ever stayed in. Luxury throughout and the balcony is fabulous ! Who knew luxury like this could be so reasonable too...if you need 2 rooms these suites are a great deal compared to 2 standard rooms at other hotels ! I don't want to leave :)

Good waterfront location, walking distance to ferries and downtown (about half way) via scenic sea walls. Nice view of the waters and the marinas. Bright, clean and spacious room with all the amenities. Restaurant on site was closed due to renovation.

This was advertised as air conditioned. The temperature in our room was over 91 degrees. Their portable air conditioners don't work adequately. Room was dirty. No linens provided for third bed. Free parking is on street where signs say you can only park for four hours. Charged extra for underground parking. Hotel staff are only there for limited hours and don't call back when they say they will. Accidentally left a personal item in the room when I checked out and it wasn't returned.

The walls of this apartment block are paper thin. You can hear every thing from ajoining rooms. We stayed one night to to see if it was worth putting in a offer to purchase a unit as a rental. Our minds were made up within 1 hour . If you purchase one of these units be prepared for a barrage of complains and a waste of money.
