Sales Rep calls me first thing (before 8:15 am)on a Monday morning at my office trying to push Shred-It's Services and I ask him to email me the pricing info, but he wanted to set up an appointment and I said not at this time but email me info and he then became rude and brushed that request off. NO WAY TO INCREASE YOUR BUSINESS SHRED IT!! You might have retained us as a customer, but I guess your sales rep Niklas thinks harassing people on a Monday Morning before coffee ensures that your company is not obtaining new clientele.

Would give 0 stars if possible.Terrible customer service. have regular service, have always had 3 bins and they dont always pick up all three. Customer service is terrible. Don't call back and dont notify the drivers if we ask for an extra pick up (just had an extra bag we needed taken away on the regular pick up day) the driver had no idea. Near impossible to get a hold of someone to even pay an invoice.

Incredibly courteous staff! My wife and I have been bringing our shredding to their office for over 6 years and ever time we are meet with a friendly smile. A rare find in Edmonton. the receptionist was friendly and funny and more than helpful.

Horrible customer service. Apparently they don’t allow people to drop off anymore as they don’t have enough staff and they really can’t help you

I would not recommend this company to friends or family. Customer service is lacking, no one smiles when you enter their building and there was communication problems between their call centre and Edmonton office. I found much cheaper services from other local companies with far superior customer service.

Wanted a simple quote, got to play 20 questions with some chat head. I told him I just want a quote, but nope had to play his game and simply ignored my annoyance. If your business can't give a simple quote on the most basic of services, I know you're just trying to rip people off.

Waste of time to try applying for work, spent two weeks doing run around with hiring person and security check, showed up and IT still didnt have me in system to start that day, then they let me go second day no explanation.

Shred-It provides good service and is conveniently located for those who prefer to personally drop off their shedding. As a casual user, I bring 4 - 6 boxes annually. I appreciate the certificate that shows the documents have been destroyed.UPDATE: The hours of operation have been updated on Google Maps to list the hours Shred-It is open to the public. Thank you!

THIS IS NOT A SECURE BUILDING!! Keep that in mind, especially when doing a one time shred. You’ll be asked to leave your box in the waiting room and “she’ll come pick it up soon”. Called their 1-800 to find out the process for one time drop offs and this location doesn’t follow ANY of the security steps. Until they’ve reconsidered their safety protocol & perhaps retrained their staff, I wouldn’t be using them again
