Carriage House Inn

We had a small room with twin beds and a private bath down the hall. It was exactly as described and was perfect for 1 night and the price was excellent. Everything was spotless! Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. Would definitely stay again

This was an excellent choice for our stay, June 2/23. We booked the Deluxe King Suite which was definitely the best room we stayed in on our trip, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very roomy and wonderful layout, the whole establishment was very clean and well kept. Amanda was a very polite and professional host and our breakfast was quite a lot more than we expected. Next time we go back to Newfoundland, we will definitely book a longer stay.Thank you Amanda & Tyler. Dan St Louis

Lovely room which was clean & had two comfortable double beds & a jacuzzi tub! Delicious cooked breakfast and a kettle available for us to boil our evening tea/coffee! Convenient & quiet location and easy to find nearby restaurants, etc. Friendly & helpful staff helped my sister-in-law & I carry our suitcases & recommend restaurants! I’d definitely stay here again & the price was excellent too!

Recommended accommodation, clean & well equipped (Jacuzzi tub). Wholesome breakfast at time to be chosen by guest. Service excellent. If ever the need arose again, we would re-visit. Checking-in in advance via an SMS instruction made the process simple.

Such a lovely b&b with lots of room configurations options and a really friendly and warm breakfast service experience.I would highly recommend this place for singles and couples - it’s the perfect stop for the long drive between St John’s and Rocky Harbour. We took the smallest room with 2 singles beds and private bathroom which was more comfortable than we initially thought for one night. We had 3 suitcases which we had to bring upstairs and quickly realised took up the majority of floor space in the room. Having said that, we slept so well on the beds that it didn’t really matter. The breakfast service is orchestrated so everyone has an allotted time which works really well and is a communal vibe where other guests can sit together and exchange travel stories if they wish. Having a small convenience store set up for snacks to purchase is another really thoughtful addition. The whole vibe is all about relaxing and unwinding after a day’s travel. The only other comment is that the air con system in the room we had is a little loud but again we quickly adapted and it didn’t disturb our sleep.

I have stayed multiple times at the Carriage House. It is very clean, very well maintained and the rooms are lovely. The service is excellent and the included breakfasts are always varied and delicious.

This is a lovely B&B. It is beautiful and very clean. We had the deluxe queen suite. The bathtub is fabulous! The bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast! The common area has everything you need. So glad we chose to stay here!

Me and my husband made a very last minute decision to visit Grand-falls for the night. We decided to book this B&B and driving the 5hrs in the rain was worth it. We arrived later than expected but check in was contactless and so easy. Loved we could just walk in and head right to our room. We were exhausted after the drive. We both had baths in the jet tub, may have to get one for our house. So relaxing. The bed was so comfy I drifted off to sleep right away (which never happens). Breakfast that morning was delicious. Hosts were very friendly.We will be back, maybe we will take the kids with us next time. Already looking forward to our next stay.Thank you so much guys

BEST BED & BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE!!! We were driving across the east coast and booked last minute. They immediately texted with instructions about how to enter and where our room was.To be honest, it was so lovely not dealing with front reception or seeing anyone when we arrived. We slept so well and had an amazing breakfast in bed the next morning.Would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a hassle free and amazing stay.

This is the place to stay if you are stopping in Grand Falls Windsor. I felt right at home, great breakfast and supper comfortable beds. It was easy to find and the communication/ service was wonderful. Loved the Carriage House! Will definitely stay here again!
