Gibbons Dental Clinic

Wanted to have a quick word with the Doc to ask about my childs baby teeth. Reception insisted the only way was to book appointment to ask a question. Went to the appointment which we asked a quick question that took not even 2 minutes and they charged us 60 dollars. I wont be back.

I have finally found a dental office that cares for my treatment health. The staff are happy and they love to work at Gibbons dental. The dentist is very well informed (as should be), gives you the options and have you (the patient) decide the course of treatment. I love that, I want the dental office to keep my decision and wishes in mind. Hey its my mouth and I am paying for it. Try Gibbons Dental for yourself and don't listen to comments by losers.

I’ve always had a fear of dentists and due to that I’ve neglected my dental health. I had heard great things about dr. Singh so decided it was time to do something about a couple of broken teeth. When I went there for the first appointment everyone was super friendly and made me feel at ease right away. When it came to extraction day it was a tense day but I was immediately made to feel comfortable and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like that. No pain from the freezing and little to no pain during the healing process. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

The staff are friendly, but the workmanship I received was absolutely horrible. I wouldn't go back to this dentist even if my dental work was free for life. Every day I eat, I regret going here for the work that was required. Talking to friends in town, they have said the same thing.I've since found a dentist in the city that has been fantastic and they were shocked when I explained my experience at the office in Gibbons. Plus the work showed for itself how poor it was.My advice to anyone I know, go somewhere else.

Went to this dental clinic over a year ago. The doctor and assistants were alright. Before I began to have any work done I requested that they check my quickcard benefits to make sure there was available funds to receive the dental work as I didn't want/afford any more than was available from the insurance. They assured me that it was all good.After the work was completed I went to the front desk to find out that there wasn't enough funds for all the work and they wanted me to pay the outstanding balance. I was roped into putting $50 on my credit card and now there hounding me for the rest with threats of putting this on my credit.I'm not paying for there mistakes and I don't recommend visiting there clinic.To further this complaint I recive a message on my answering service stating it's my responsibility to ensure the funds are available on my insurance and that I requested the balance before apearing at my appointment which is a lie.There memory must be hazy due to I was in the chair when I said I would like to make sure I don't go over my coverage.They never said anything about not being able to check your ballance nor did they tell me the cost of the work to be done so I could do the necessary calculations. The words out there mouth was your good for two teeth".If I was told this important info before the work was done I would have been able to make an informed decision.Apparently fully informing there clients is not a policy of there establishment and it took them 2+ years to disclose that info."

This is by far the best dental clinic my family and i have ever been to! The staff are all very friendly, fun, and compassionate. The way they are with kids is incredible, and everyone is our household is actually excited to go to the dentist! Their office was very accommodating when we didn't yet have dental insurance coverage, you can't say that many offices put their patients before the bottom line. If you are looking for a new dental office, you will not be disappointed! Dr. Singh is great and our favorite hygienist Meagan is like family to us. A++ :)

I brought my kids to see Dr Singh. The staff is very very good with my children, especially the 5 year old who can be jumpy. The staff gave me the options available for my children, the kids got cleaning and exam done. My older one was ecstatic with his Lego prize since he did not have any cavities.

I had my first appointment there today and Dr Singh and his staff were awesome. Dr Singh took the time to explain everything that was going on and was happy to answer questions, the cleaning was painless and the receptionist was great at ensuring everything was covered by my insurance.Side note: As a Star Wars fan it loved the decor of his office, somehow it took away from my fear of dental offices!

Due to medical reasons I neglected my teeth, always putting the excuse when my son is finished chemo, I finally got the courage to make the appointment, when i got there EVERYONE was amazing, The assistants were very compassionate and walked me through everything even when i had a panic attack, they went above and beyond. Dr. Singh is VERY kind and makes sure you are comfortable. I totally recommend this Dentist! Thank you, this is our family dental team.

Dr Singh and his staff are absolutely Amazing, both my children went in for their first fillings today and even my son with disabilities was able to get it done and Only because of the staff made him feel safe and secure on the chair. I can't praise this office enough for their service and keeping my family's mouth healthy.Thank you so much Gibbons Dental!
