I had some seriously annoying problem with my galaxy s5 LCD and wince it was out of warranty I had to change it at full price.The gentleman fixed it first time but that part was faulty. So they changed that again all free and even gave me tempered glass free on both times.Excellent service.

I came to this store to change my screen which was cracked. Based on the reviews I was confident that there would not be too much problem. Price was in range (90$ with taxes) so I did not question it. Next day of the repair, touchscreen would not respond. I came back, they looked at it and repaired. Already have to go back there and make the repair but at this point not too bad (touch feeling is still pretty cheap but whatever). A month and a week later, I have the exact same issue, touchscreen stops responding. I go back there and explain that I got the exact same problem, clearly a problem with their part. Since it is out of guaranty, they say they have to charge me 70$ and no guarantee (and they gave me a hard time because I lost their cheap hand-written receipt, even tough they guy clearly recognized me) that this will not happen again (they say it could be the phone, not the screen). I get it, but still, pretty obvious it's the screen they put on that was the problem, I already had the same problem a month ago. Nothing was offered to help me out except a ridiculous discount based on my situation. Do not go to that place, cheap parts that will eventually stop working and they'll charge you again. I get it it's cheap it might break but a month is worst than cheap. Basic client service to change the screen in that situation, I did not drop it or anything, a minute it was working the next it stopped. Very bad experience.

I recently cracked my iPhone screen to pieces and was in a state of panic as I had a long day ahead of me and needed my phone. My boyfriend suggested that I head over to ophone to get it repaired. I received the best customer service ever and got my screen fixed within an hour. Considering I didn't have an appointment, the staff took care of me like family and made sure I had everything I needed so that my phone was completely functional in no time. Great service, great staff, great prices. I would highly recommend!!

This is an awesome place for anything phone related.I've been here many times and the prices are always lowest when compared with other places ( trust me on this one, will not name other places but if you shop around this place is consistently the best quote ), service is done fast, staff was clear and concise.I appreciated the details in the customer service, picking up your phone fully charged was a nice surprise

I lost my phone at Jarry park. When I asked my Google home assistant to locate my cellphone it gave me OPhone.ca business address on Jean Talon. I went to see the business owner to let him know. He said he doesn't have my phone, of if he did he would have known. He didn't even try to look for my phone. He didn't make an effort to locate my phone and he seemed annoyed.I went to the police to report the theft, and they blacklisted the cell.I am very disappointed with his service and unwillingness to help.
