This company is a joke and the chick on the phone is extremely rude!! Clearly customer service is not something this company excels in.

My company has used for 2 years and everything has been great

I can't say enough good things about this company. We use their services for garbage and farm waste removal and they are a key partner for us. Not only are their rates reasonable, I have only ever had positive experiences on the phone with them. Always a cheerful voice on the phone and so accomodating! Even their accounting dept (who probably deal with the less then happy people) have always been pleasant and helpful. Competitors send you on a while goosechase to get customer service or action. Love that I can speak to a local person!
