We sent our two Australian Shepherd pups for the Boarding Rover program with Jess, as they needed some confidence built with their obedience. The difference Jess made in them is beyond description. She was able to work with their differing personalities and bring out the best in them.Jess gave us the tools we needed to be better for our girls and showed us she could be just as patient with humans as she is with dogs!We will be continuing to work with Jess with our girls and any dog we get in the future. She truly is the definition of amazing. If you're in Central Alberta, don't miss out on having Jess train your dog!

Amazing experience for our two shepherds and the family. Jamie has an amazing talent for training a wide variety of challenges. We’ve had a follow up since bringing our pups home and the bond she created with them while in her care is evident. They absolutely adore her and came back to us as well behaved family members. We highly recommend Arsenal K-9, based on our experience for dogs with high anxiety, separation anxiety, aggression issues, stubbornness, and high drive. 5*!!

Whiskey was previously very very anxious and highly reactive towards dogs and other people after a medical incident So much so that we couldn’t bring him out in public during the daylight only walking him at night. After doing the board & train program not only do we have a much calmer confident dog, but we have a dog who’s able to enjoy the daylight and live a happier life. I couldn’t give enough stars for arsenal. The work Jamie did was fantastic and we are incredibly grateful for her helping us get our boy back

I’m really impressed and thankful for Arsenal K9. Our older dog passed away this past winter, and his death put our other dog Chevy into a tail spin, he became aggressive with people and even attack one of our cats (she’s ok). We were worried that he would snap and go after one of our kids. He had basic obedience training, and it wasn’t enough to help with his issues, Arsenal K9 was our last ditch effort to save Chevy, and they did. We sent him to board and train. They gave him the skills he needed. The trainers put him through every possible test and scenario they could think of. They taught us the skills we needed to continue with his training, and are there for any of our questions. Chevy is a changed dog. He’s living in the house, and ignoring my cats and even the chickens. He is also much better with strangers. Regardless if your dog has issues or not Arsenal is the place I would recommend getting your dog trained with.

I would highly recommend Arsenal K9 to family, friends and the public. We are a dog family with years of experience raising puppies and dogs, but realized our dog we got as a young adult needed a professional trainer. I knew I didn’t have the strength required or the next level training skills. We know we have an amazing dog but she came with a few issues.Jamie her trainer also realized her needs quickly and got to work. After 4 weeks board and train she is home and doing very well. We are following through with our instructions from Jamie and feel like she’s part of our lives now. She makes herself available if we have any questions.We are sending our second dog as we know she will benefit from the training and getting to enjoy lots of activities as a stable well trained and socialized dog.Thank you Arsenal K9 and Trainer Jamie.

I enthusiastically and wholeheartedly recommend Arsenal K9 to anyone who is looking into properly training their dog. We opted for a 4 week board and train program and couldn’t be happier with the results. It was worth every penny, as we have a new dog who actually listens and is part of our family now. I thought I could handle a tough breed (Husky x Shepard) based on my past dogs, but I was wrong. I knew she had such potential that it would have been cruel for me to not get her the proper training to really let her live up to it. Again, my wife, kids and I couldn’t be happier with Arsenal K9. 100% recommend

It’s been one week since we picked up our dog from Arsenal K9 in Prince Albert. Des worked our dog hard for 4 weeks and oh boy, does it ever show! We initially dropped him off as a last ditch effort before rehoming him. He has high anxiety that caused him to nip our 2yr old this summer, and terrible listening skills in general. However, Des did some magic in those 4 weeks because our dog returned to us with less anxiety and AMAZING listening skills! This program works, Des is amazing at her job! We now have a dog who is following our expectations at home and we left with an understanding of what to do to continue his training on our own. Des laid down all the ground work which makes continuing his training at home easy on end.We are so glad we took this leap of faith to keep our 4yr old dog, and we are glad we got Des as his trainer. Her passion and perfectionist approach truly helped us with our dog. We know he will require continuous training at home, but we can’t wait to spend the next 10 years with him!Thank you Des & Arsenal K9!!

Dez at Arsenal K9 in Prince Albert was absolutely wonderful to work with! We sent our 11 month old Aussie Doodle for training as she was very reactive towards people, cars, our neighbour's dog and plenty of things inside. Dez sent us weekly updates showing just how far she has come. When we picked Chloe up, Dez showed us how much she has learned, and gave us all the tools we needed to make sure her great new manners came home with us too! during our go home appointment, Chloe liked Dez so much she made sure to follow her around instead of us. She was absolutely wonderful with our dog, and an amazing dog trainer. Bringing her home she's a completely different dog! We were shown what to do any time Chloe decided to test her boundaries, and because of that we no longer have to avoid going for walks during the day time, as well as so many other things. We are beyond happy we sent Chloe. Thanks to Dez we can go about our day alot easier!

We decided on the boarded training for 4wks for our boy Wally. A Golden Doodle covid puppy with all of the fear and unknown behaviours that made it difficult to socialise and be comfortable in public without him either being so randomly uncontrollable to wanting to protect and rip your shoulder out of its socket in alpha mode. Neutered, socialised (as much as possible) and neither helped until Arsenal K9 and Jamie at the Calgary location. Not only has Wally found comfort in his own skin, he knows boundaries, cues and control and on the other hand we as his owners now trust and enjoy him on a whole new level. Within a week of training with Jamie he was taking photos with a deer right behind him (knowingly) and in complete control of Jamie, this was hands down the moment I knew the time apart was worth every penny. Now Wally is just waiting for his cues to show off his new skills and adjusting to not only a new him but a new home and new way of life without skipping a beat. He’s happier, more confident and most definitely the best boy. I couldn’t be more grateful for Jamie and Arsenal K9, the weekly report cards, pics and videos got me through the hard times of missing him and gosh did they ever make us smile when they came through. Boarded training was the best decision for our family and I can’t recommend this company and Jamie higher. Thankyou for giving us and our boy Wally the freedom to enjoy life together at its fullest.
