This shop is large modern, high tech. The staff is friendly and very informative. The price is top dollar. I find however that there's no info on how to read product lists and costs on large boards that automatically change by themselves. If a novice it can be daunting. I stood there for at least 1/2 an hr. Just trying to read a wall of large boards constantly changing so was only able to read half of one board before it changed, never to find what I was interested in back. I wanted to purchase two items on sale. Waited ten minutes to make an order, talked to the clerk and neither was on sale. Could not go back to the board to show what I read it was long gone and couldn't find the listing back. So paid the full cost. Didn't explain the $ 1.00 prerolls. You are only allowed to buy one. Even though there's a billboard on Hwy. Hines Rd. Saying Highlife $1.00 each no limit stated. You go there you're only allowed one. To impersonal, large, long wait time, boards too large too many items, sale items should be all in one spot and not all over the place. I prefer smaller outlets, with more one on one, and a more comfortable atmosphere.

Today was my first time being at this establishment, and Brianna was so pleasant to deal with. She helped me with all my questions and helped me find the perfect product for my needs. She was very informative on educating me on the product as well. Thank you Brianna:)

I have ordered numerous times from HighLife Cannabis in Sudbury as well going into the shop in person. Every experience with them has been pleasant and efficient, the staff is always helpful and kind, and the delivery drivers are always on time and in a good mood. Today I just made my most recent purchase through delivery and had the pleasure of having Angela deliver it right to my door. This is fantastic for someone like me who suffers from an autoimmune disease and therefore it's not always easy or practical to make it to the store in person. Thank you for the wonderful service, Highlife staff and drivers.

We went tonight for the first time at this store and we had to wait over 15 minutes for our order. People were coming and going and there were about 7 employees working and not one person asked as what we were waiting for. The ordering process was easy that is the only reason I am being generous and giving this store a 2 star rating. No combination for our wait. With many stores in Sudbury to choose from we will not be returning to this store.

This is my favourite dispensory in Sudbury! The staff are always super kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Every time I go in to the store I feel welcome and at ease, (even during COVID) which doesn't happen as often as it should; and their delivery service is second to none. They are well-priced, reliable, have good deals, and are super stocked with all kinds of goodies you never would have known otherwise. Thanks highlife!

Wonderful service! love the delivery portion, not expensive with delivery fees and great selections for a good price! Overall a wonderful business and I’d recommend to all.
