We purchased 2 furniture items this Tuesday and the great thing is they are delivered yesterday . I don’t have to wait for long. Most other furniture stores had very lengthy times for delivery, even if they called it “quick ship”. Linda is a great sales person. She even called to let me know that they can delivery on the day that they expected. We will definitely deal with her again. Awesome people inside store. Also, the Manager she so helpful. Thank you.

Really good customer service. Allowed us to walk around and checked in every once in a while to see if we were still okay. When asking about a certain product we got suggestions for ones similar as well and from a suggestion found the perfect accent chair which was a better deal than the original one we were looking at! Overall a great customer experience. Looking forward to picking up our accent chair when it comes in!

We came into the Regina store after losing our house to a fire. We were greeted by an awesome associate named Aaron, he did multiple demos for product strength, even jumping on the backs of chairs to show the durability! He went above and beyond when talking about replacement and how to clean things. He was very compassionate, and definitely made all the difference for our shopping experience. We will definitely be back to see him!

UPDATE: please see the original review below, thought I would post a little update.So after 4 and a half weeks since pickup, I finally have my money back. It took me going into the Regina store and talking face to face with Mary, the store manager, to get any traction on a replacement or refund. To Mary’s credit she kept her word and fought the fight for me, after numerous texts and phone calls with her personal cell, she got a refund issued to me, which I thought meant just swiping my card like any normal retail system, but no no, it took about a week for the “admin” team to refund on the back end. My original review still stands, keep your money FAR FAR away from Ashley home stores hands.Stay far far away! DO NOT spend your money here under any circumstances. Sales staff are helpful but ANY after sales issue leaves you ‘holding the bag’Purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher from this store, which was in stock in Saskatoon(the only reason for purchase) Waited the 5 days to get it to Regina which was all fine and dandy. I opted to pick it up as dishwashers are small enough and easy to transport.At pickup the exterior of box looked fine so signed and went on my happy way.Once home I immediately brought it inside and unboxed for inspection.Upon unboxing I discovered the unit was crushed and damaged beyond reasonable repair. I immediately called the “customer care” line to start the process for replacement or refund, thinking it would be an easy refund at the store, boy was i wrong.I am now 2 weeks since pickup, left with a damaged dishwasher, an extremely painful and frustrating “customer care” process, waiting in limbo for a timeframe of replacement. They absolutely refuse to refund my money, stating appliances are final sale. Is it ridiculous to expect a working product brand new out of the box? Forcing me to go through the Whirlpool warranty process, when in reality this is a Ashley furniture delivery issue.Ashley furniture store and it’s parent company Dufrense are straight up crooks, once they get their money they could care less about you as a customer.Avoid spending your money here at all costs. I’ve learnt my lesson without a doubt.

We were looking for a headboard for an extra bedroom, and we found exactly what we needed. Our sales lady was excellent! She was very helpful. Great service!

We went in to look at recliners maybe purchase one.we ended up talking with a super nice lady named Linda who helped us out and also gave us space too chat about the purchase before we went a head with the deal. It was me and my gf first time buying a new piece of furniture and it went amazing we will be going there for our furniture shopping from now on.

My husband and I had wonderful experience at Ashley HomeStore mainly because of the great service, good quality and reasonable prices. We purchased a comfortable 3-seat sofa, loveseat and recliner with ottoman. They were very professional, friendly and we appreciate their help on finding suitable furniture for our new home.

The sales associate, Darshini, helped my spouse and I find the perfect sectional for our living room. She was very knowledgeable about the different fabrics and what would work for us. Also, our sectional was delivered promptly and the deliver guys were so nice and even brought our sectional into our living room for us. Would definitely recommend someone to go there if they wanted to buy some new furniture.

My Wife & I went to Ashley's to look for a refrigerator in December, and had a FANTASTIC experience. First of all, we were warmly greeted by Shevon who asked us what he could help us with, walked us through the differences between Refrigerators and gave us suggestions based on what we were looking for. He gave us room when we needed to talk and was more than happy to find out info he wasn't sure on. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. He was able to get locate what we wanted and get it to us in a reasonable amount of time. An exceptional salesperson in my opinion. The delivery was smooth and timely with courteous delivery people. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this business when you are looking for Furniture & Appliances!
