We just bought a new house and I wanted to get it inspected for any problems. Nathan was great. It was easy to schedule online. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I got reminders of appointment. Nathan was very professional and informative of what he found. I thought the inspection and report were thorough. The report was comprehensive and included pictures and reccomendations to correct problems or areas that might need maitenance. I now have piece of mind about our house and feel better knowing what we can do to prevent future problems.

We used Nathan for the inspection and final walk through of our first home. He was very thorough and experienced and caught an issue that ended up saving us a lot of money had it been overlooked. Nathan was recommended to me by a selling agent when a home I put an offer on off Hwy 2 stipulated the inspection had to be completed within 5 days of going mutual. He and Janelle were both SO responsive and were able to accommodate our appointment on relatively short notice. I totally screwed up how long it would take me to get to the property, arriving 40 mins late, but both Janelle and Nathan were so friendly about it and began the exterior inspection while we finished the drive.The inspection itself was very thorough, and Nathan walked me through everything as he did it as well. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Will recommend highly to friends who need inspections! They did a GREAT job.
