TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I have been a long time TD customer and while the world moves towards Artificial Intelligence sadly the Bank is still stuck with archaic systems. I wanted to add my wife as a joint account holder to one of my accounts a process I had completed before for another account by simply walking into the same Front Street Branch in Toronto, but today I was informed I will have to take an appointment as the staff present at the branch were not trained". I wish TD would start to value their customer's time. I would not mind getting an appointment only if I had not been through the same process in the past. If it wasn't for some upcoming transactions I would have definitely looked to move my accounts elsewhere."

Fraud call from their branch phone number. They knew my name and started talking to me in Russian telling about the transfer I made. The problem is that I closed my TD account a few years ago, and some Russians worked at my branch which is located in Côte-St-Luc, Quebec.

I was contacted by someone from this branch telephone number, they knew my name, but appeared to be scammers. The dude spoke Russian with a slight accent from eastern Ukraine (as far as I can judge). I’ve heard of similar stories from my friends. It looks like a major leak on your behalf. Very worrisome.

Every time I go into this bank I come out in the worst mood, TD as a whole has just been a major disappointment of an experience but this branch takes the cake. I was in and out of here over 3 weeks trying to sort a verification issue with my account that they assured me every time was fixed.when I came back for a third time with the same issue Saul was laughing and basically said you again"

I'm not a client of a TD. I have received a call from woman trying to identify my name and my nationality. (??) She didn't introduce herself. I said I would like to know who is talking to me, then she hanged up. What was that????

Got a suspicious call from this bank's number today.They called me by my full real name, in Russian. I replied in English. They asked if we could proceed in Russian. I said no. And they hung up on me.Not sure if it's a scam or not, but it is an extremely strange call to receive from this bank and I'm genuinely surprised the number is real.

Bank branch is compromised. Fraud alert, they have someone working on the inside, inside this branch. Long story short: we received a random call from a branch rep (we live 40+ min away and have never been to this branch) telling us that TD stopped a suspicious transfer of money from my account to I believe offshore. He wouldn't transfer us to the fraud department or speak English, and tried to start a fraud claim form (asking for detailed personal information). This call was followed up by others in the fraud chain, all trying to get our Personal information.We declined to give personal information and called TD fraud department directly. Turns out: there's no suspicious activity on account. TD fraud advisor told us to not give any personal information out.I want answers or I'm leaving TD.

I have been with this branch for seven years, they are always nice and charming. This is the second time that the girl, Alicia, (look like assistant manager) had an attitude and sitting behind a table and even when we speak together she is changing the face of the other side.She is telling me, you are yelling at me, but she is sitting behind desk and far from me, if you want I speak down just come near me to hear me at least so we can speak more friendly and nice, Not sitting and change the face to the other side....

Today I had exactly the same situation that Oleksiy Naumenko describes four days ago.Read below please.I have a recording of a conversation with a swindler who introduced himself as Sergey from the security service of the TD bank of this particular branch and called from this particular phone number.By the way, I wrote a letter to the address indicated by the owner signed by Gabriella, BUT there was no continuation from the bank. Most likely it is a formal unsubscribe.

Horrible bank. They are aware their ATMs don’t work so every time I want access to my money I have to wait in line Inside. Nothing convenient or automated about this bank. They also have bad attitudes.
