We booked with Martine Reid in the St.Catherine's offuce. We have used Martine 6 previous times. She has always gone above and beyond to help us out. She has answered our many questions, and shown a great deal of patience when dealing with my 1000 questions.Martine is the only travel we will use for any future travel, and Tripcentral is the only company. I don't have a single complaint about this compant . We are very pleased with our service we received from Martine and continue to receive from her.

Had a very bad experience booking with a Wedding Party for a destination going to Jamaica. Very confusing and poorly organized. Communication with the travel agent was difficult and unpleasant. Our group had troubles with room changes, price changes, and credit cards being charged wrong. In the end the trip went well but it was not worth the stress leading up to it. Do no recommend.

Rebecca was incredibly helpful when we approached her with ideas for a girls trip. She answered all of our questions and found us a lovely resort that we likely would not have been able to find on our own. She's personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend her for your travel needs!

Frustrated and disappointed. My friend and I went in with ideas to plan our trip to Europe, we wanted to go to Italy, Greece and Switzerland this August. We talked with Laurie and she said she would get back to us about the best route to plan our trip. She never got back to us, we sent multiple emails, curious if we should see another trip advisor and heard nothing. We ended up booking with air transat. It would have been appreciated to be acknowledged, even more so when you’re booking such a huge trip.

Martine was amazing in assisting to plan a family vacation for 5 adults ( at what I would consider fairly last minute) over the holiday season! She listened to a laundry list of requests from the group and gave us several options and gave her suggestions on why we should consider each option. Once we decided she made it all work with the details and followed up right to the last few days to ensure we had everything we needed. We have now returned and everything worked perfectly and was exactly as described!
