I had a watch that was running fast and the folks at Simmons & Clark were able to help me service it. However, I noticed when the watch was returned that the paint on the numbers on the bezel had completely chipped away. They were able to reassure me and took the watch back to have the bezel numbers repainted. It looked as good as new! Really helpful staff.

They did a great job replacing the shank and doing another minor repair to an antique ring that belonged to my grandmother! They also have a few not-hideous men's rings (most men's rings being atrocious), including some ones by Benchmark, which makes some nice stuff.

My wife was adamant when it was time to start the ring buying process that I had to go to Simmons and Clark. I could not be happier with Michael and the rest of the staff. They helped me create a custom engagement ring using stones passed along in my family.Once engaged they were also extremely helpful with the wedding band buying process. We truly felt like we were treated like family and the service was all around above and beyond. Pricing was fair and transparent throughout. Simmons and Clark is absolutely the place to go in Detroit for your jewelry needs!

I recently finished a purchase of an upgrade of my wife’s wedding and engagement ring. Michael Simmons personally went and found the exact match to a picture I showed him of a band, setting, and style my wife liked. The process was not only easy, but it was enjoyable. The price was far better than I expected and I was never made to feel like I was given some big favor. He was gracious, and patient. By far the best big purchase experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend anyone to Simmons and Clark. Great job Michael Simmons and staff!

My (now) husband and I got our wedding rings custom made here and got our engagement rings here also. Micheal and Peggy are OUTSTANDING to work with. They have taken such good care of us, including doing a plain gold ankle bracelet for me before the marriage which I still love!My ring is nothing but perfect and they made sure of it. If you choose them for any jewelry work you won't be disappointed!
