MINISO

I went to this store. For 1-2 years these people have been telling me this bearbrick keychains, we are supposed to be getting soon. I come back the following weeks these people do not have it. One lady told me that I remember you and I can sell you the samples. The sample was $10.00-$11.00. I was like what the hell and my parent bought it. I wish I can return it because now I feel like it is not worth it and wasted of money. Hopefully if I can go back the next day to return it, it would be beneficial to my parent and I because $10.00 to $11.00 is not worth it.So, once again I am warning you guys to stay away from miniso. Cannot trust these people/employees.

Once i came here, I never left. Tbh, great store, great manager, good employees and very good customer service.

Fantastic store, lots of useful little things for great prices!

I went to Miniso to return a pair of earbuds that didn't work, and was denied a return because the incompetent staff member didn't know how to do one. The entire time I was forced to wait over ten minutes as she claimed the computer was working on it, as she instead helped other customers in line, but not me. Her one other staff member returned from break and ALSO didn't know how to do the return.Both of them the entire time that they were trying to 'help' me were chewing gum and acting like stereotypical bratty teenagers.Didn't know the staff requirements for MiniSo were low bar. It's a shame, because this store has really good stuff, but for the love of gawd, do NOT go the Guildford store.

Staff is so incompetent and so rude. The entire time they were trying to ignore to what you are saying and instead of helping give looks and help other people while me standing there. Sorry to say need to change the staff.

Best dollar store, like Dollarama. Everyday used items are here for a great price but be reasonable and don't expect them to last.

Wide variety of items to see. From household items to stationary, to snacks/drinks and toys. Decently priced and quality. They even have some Disney Villainess themed items and pet items. Enjoy my visit every time
