Nice and organized plant

I had a very bad experience with this company, I had a job interview with Dave Tughan (production manager)according his email at 3pm,I arrived at 2:55pm to be completely on time but unfortunately time was 3:30pm,I was still waiting so when I asked, does he know I'm here? I just heard yes but he's a very busy guy.i don't care,I'm a very busy guy as well. It's not respectable. I have never seen like this in other companies,he came in at 3:35 pm to invite me to his office but I was so surprised because he was just shaking his head to tell me come forward and then he didn't say anything about his delay ,no sorry nothing.I don't recommend anyone to have an interview with this guy .
