I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Worst experience of my life. Please DO NOT GET A LOAN from these people. They prey on people. They make your life miserable. They are disorganized, dishonest , they harass you and they don’t care about you or helping you with your credit, in fact they worsen your credit. Do your research before hand. I hope this helps someone. This is your warning!

I really enjoy my time at goeasy! Coworkers are superb and management are thoughtful and strong leaders. The moment you walk in your can tell it's has progressive work culture. You are given the respect of your own privacy as long as the work is completed correctly and on time, and there is always someone there willing to lend a hand if you need it. It also has a great collaborative environment where if you want to join a project, they welcome you with open arms, and this really helps build your skill set overall. Would recommend!

Goeasy is my family! I have completed just over 4 years with this amazing company. An incredible organization to work for! I started my career at goeasy in August 2016 as a FSR and in less than a year was promoted as a Branch Manager, I have managed a couple of branches in my region and have been a Branch Manager and Team Lead for over a year now.This company truly takes care of all its employees. During this unprecedented time of COVID 19, I have never felt worried about my health or job security. This company has taken all the measures for both to protect its employees and its customers. DO NOT WORK HERE!, The recruitment process is unethical, unorganized and the managers do not care as they do not have the credentials to do their job but to delegate. The pay is very LOW and it seems the culture is not what you know but who you know. I hope the higher level will review and audit the process as the turn around will be high. Very unprofessional.

I have worked for goeasy coming up on 5 years and it's a great company to work for. The culture is second to none, its truly an inspiring place to come each day. This is a performance-based business so if you're not into like-minded individuals coming together to work towards a common goal, this isn't the place for you and that's ok, it's not for everyone.This is an environment, that's focused on growth while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining happy staff!Goeasy offers staff great career opportunities/growth professionally and personally.During Covid, our strong and pro-active business model allowed us to stay employed and happily work through the pandemic with no layoffs and added compensations.Work/life balance can be challenging but it's not impossible and your compensated for it. Paid vacation, paid sick days, bonuses and incentives!All this while providing customers with options they wouldn't have anywhere else. We help people every day and that's what gets me out of bed in the morning!

DO NOT GO HERE. ALI from the Toronto location used very unprofessional and unethical, untrustworthy and illegal business practices. When he was upset that I had questions about contractions of the contract vs what he had told me, he began to blurt out my personal information including my credit score so that everyone in the room could hear. He began to stare at me in a very threatening way. Certain things that were listed as “optional” on the contract he said weren’t optional because he “didn’t have authorization” to make them optional. My overall experience was very similar to the MARKETPLACE ON CBC hidden camera investigation of this place. I encourage everyone to watch it
