Skale Developments

We moved in July 2021 and were very impressed with the quick response from the customer service on a number of requests for repair services in our unit. Special thanks to Ross Eskandari and Nirushan Muru who are our key contact persons at the customer service for their friendly and prompt response to have all the issues fixed and taken care of. The handymen sent into our unit not only performed in professional standard, also polite and left behind no mess. The condo building is still very much new since occupancy last year and we believe Skale Development and its teams will finish up all outstanding common areas to the highest quality and perfection.

Skale was good to deal with. I have read these most recent reviews and I think the comments are a bit harsh and to be honest seems a bit personal. My experience with them is a 7 out of 10. Yes there were deficiencies when we did our PDI but they noted and fixed them all.

Had a great experience with Alex at Skale who guided me through my upgrades. Not only was she available for my MANY questions, she went over and above helping me make some cool design adjustments. I also got frank advice about what choices make the most sense cost wise, and what do not. She made what could be stressful very much a pleasure.

My parents recently delivered a condo unit from skale development. I believe it is their first condo project. My parents drove 2 hours to receive the key for the unit on key release date but it was delayed without informing.They were about a week late for the delivery which is fine but the problem was they were not ready to release the key. There were trashes from the construction in the middle of the kitchen area and lots of cigarette butts in the terrace. They delivered their final product including trashes.My parents complained about these issues to management team, and they didn't apologize once and just ignore their complaints and tell them they can't fix something in their shower. Not mentiong about trashes they left at all.I think the condo management team is being rude because my parents first language is not English. Buy a condo from this company is the worst experience ever and so irresponsible. Please be aware.

Skale is always a pleasure to deal with! Amazing and creative team! 10/10 would recommend.

Been living at Skale's new development at 2799 Kingston Road since September. When we moved in, were told the gym would be ready in October. It's now almost June and MAYBE the gym will be done in July. The garbage shoot has options for organics, recycling and garbage, but they ask that all things get put in garbage bags and send everything to the dump regardless. The doors to units have no sound barrier.

They pitch to buyers that window coverings are considered an upgrade, but do not inform buyers the specs of the windows, and just tell you what they charge is considered good value should you chose to have them install. It’s unprofessional and not transparent. If buyers are to make an informed decision about what to purchase for “upgrades”, they need to be upfront and transparent about the specs so that buyers can at least be allowed the time to research alternatives and compare costs. A lot of the basic features expected in a condo pre-construction are pitched as “upgrades”. Not pleased with them.

“ready for occupancy” for this developer means nothing. be prepared for a unfinished unit with a non functional bathroom, no elevators and no a/c. i have seen homeless shelters with more functional amenities

The Skale team have been very helpful throughout the purchase and occupancy process. The quality of the finishes is so far incredible. A special shout out to both Ross and Zahra for being responsive and always delivering on their promises.

ARMAAN SALEK SHOULD BE ASHAMED WITH THE BLUFFS CONDOS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SKALE. HE HIRED HIS RELATIVES AND ALSO UNQUALIFIED PEOPLE. ITS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LIVING HERE. SKALE IS A JOKE PLEASE AVOID ANY OF THEIR DEVELOPMENTS.
