Very disappointing, I suggest you spend your money elsewhere. Nobody bothered to mention that there's a 6 month wait time for booking the rides, I only found out after the classroom portion was finished. The driving instructor spent half of our lesson time talking about his opinions on various subjects completely unrelated to teaching me how to drive well (e.g. politics, religion, he doesn't believe in global warming etc.). Very unprofessional. If I made a mistake, I rarely received concrete feedback on what to correct. Usually I got just some vague explanations about how I should be thinking rationally

These guys have terrible customer service,I've been trying to get a hold of them for 3 weeks ever since the first day I booked an appointment for my girlfriend who has been waiting patiently to get lessons for her upcoming road test.Paid 900$ to have to deal with 2+ hour phoneline waits that has hungup, tried emailing multiple times, nothing.

Awful Service. Bailed 2 times before lessons started. Was never told about change of pick up location and booked appointment for 9 tells me he's going to show up a 9:30 when my school starts 10:00 so basically cancelled 20 min before it starts. Driving instructor also made clear mistakes when driving, not very professional. Hitting the brakes on green lights and such. Would not suggest.

They say YES to everything before you pay but NO to everything after you pay. Can't even change the time of your lesson even if you call in 1 month ahead of the scheduled time and without checking. Your appointment for the road test is 2x as long as the one you book yourself because it seems to me that they only have 1 instructor working out of each location in the lower mainland. The driver examiner was disgusted with food wrapping and dirty napkin left in the road test vehicle provided to the student during the pandemic. Driving lesson at 7:30-9:30pm at the end of Oct. Signed up for the GLP program and ended with 2 different driving instructors. Even a 3 day in class lesson ended 2 different instructor, the first 1 was good the second one was bad.

Was crossing the street yesterday in the Robson area, and had 7 seconds left as i was in the middle of the street. I had to stop as a car quickly made a turn and drove off almost hitting me. I stopped in time, looked at the car and then read Young Drivers of Canada" - WOW. Turns out he was an instructor (as there was only one person in the car)."

If you are looking for a good driving instructor Jacob R is the man to go to. Jacob R is a very friendly guy and he made me feel much more confident with my driving, I could not recommend Jacob R enough!

Good lessons but the driving instructor advised my daughter that she was ready to take the test before she completed all the lessons. The instructor did not mention that if she took the test and passed before completing the lessons she would not qualify for the six months off the graduated licence. We found that out when she attempted to book her test for a full license. When I spoke to the office, I was informed that we should have read the fine print. Pretty disappointing that the instructors are not required to tell their students the down side of taking the test early. We didn’t pay any less.

UPDATE: Perhaps they were having a bad staffing week when In posted my last review. This week they have been responsive to emails and only 15-25 min on hold. And I have received correct info for every subsequent request.ORIGINAL: Terrible customer service. They are terribly unorganized. Spent 2 hours on hold trying to get the classroom zoom link sent to us as they didn't send it originally, after 2 hours on hold and finally receiving 2 links, it turns out they sent two wrong links and now we have no way to get in touch with them without waiting on hold for 2 hours again. Would not waste my time or money with this company again.

They closed my location and kept $375 as admin fee - without providing a single in car session. Do not book bulk lessons with this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not enough instructors to impossible to actually schedule the lessons you paid for. Impossible to contact. Online computer program painfully slow. Do not go here.
