Had a pleasant first-time deep tissue massage with Alexander. As many probably have said, I'm impressed with what actually needed a massage without even knowing it prior. It was certainly deep and thorough. Thanks!

Amazing and friendly staff. Everyone from receptionist to therapist are extremely professional and experts. Especially, Paula who helped me with my shoulder injury did wonders and I’m finally able to move my shoulder without any issues. Thank you Paula Coombs for your help

I rarely write a google review but I have to this time, the review marks say everything, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION . I had my worst massage ever today in thisLocationI should have check other reviews too and I find not only me have this experience, so this shop is trying to do 45-50 mins treatment and charge you for 60 mins. And the therapist I have is below average, I don’t feel like she is even trained . Better don’t waste your time here even you have insurance cover .1) hour massage is only 50 mins long, the owner explain the changing time also include, yea I understand but I was still sitting in waiting area and wait to call in, is that also count ?2The therapist I have today is not up to standard, strong smell of smoke , it just like putting some oil on your back and without skills , seems like didn’t train at all, the owner said she have many year experience but doesn’t mean they do their job .3. The bed is not cleanIt said give me discount today but just think they should since it is not 1 hour service indeed . I am not happy with the experience today

i had a full body" session and it was not the best. She didnt massage the hands or head at all. I wasn't relaxed and it was a bit painful. I also didn't get 60 mins. Got about 45 mins. Hated the neck massage it was extremely painful.I guess it depends on the person but this place isn't for me"

Worst experience ever! Booked a Foot reflexology with Elizabeth. I have done this therapy before elsewhere, so I know what to expect. But here, the therapist called me in 10 mins late. She mostly talking rubbish when trying to do some analysis on my foot, couldn't make sense for herself half the time. With about 15 - 20 mins of massage time, there was no pressure applied or what so ever. Felt like a lie down session for about 20 mins. Paid for 60 mins, and politely gave back her business card. Not coming to this place again.

O my God, what a relaxing massage session I just had with Tara. She is absolutely amazing. I think I can say know that I had found a perfect MT for me after going to so many places. Thank you so much Tara.

The massage was good but the therapist did not give us a full 60mins massage. He only gave us 45mins! He wasted time with the form and other things. I felt like he just didn't want to give us the full 60mins massage. I won't be going there again. It's all fancy but lacking in what is needed - providing a proper 60minute massage. Very disappointing !

Got my boyfriend a gift card from here 2 years ago. The gift card doesn't expire, yet they were not able to accept a gift card that was purchased from their own location. They weren't even able to find the gift card in their system or refund the money in the gift card. They essentially stole my money!Would not recommend this place based on their poor customer service and problem resolution.

I met with Dr. Charanpreet for a chiropractic session. He is very friendly and has sincere interest in his patient’s concern. He will guide you well and has attention to details. I highly recommend Dr.Passi.

Came here as I was given a gift card from my girlfriend about 2 year ago. I don’t get massages frequently so it took me a while to finally use the card (given that behind the card there is no indication of an expired date )I decided to go to a Brampton location (90 resolution drive) when the individual seemed to have an issue with the card. So I asked him before I went in for the massage if there was any problem. He said no issues so I proceeded to get my massage. Turns out he couldn’t get the card working and I had to pay out of pocket. He then told me I had to go to where the card was purchased (remember it was gifted to me) because he thinks it may have been activated incorrectly.So I went to this location and I brought my girlfriend who purchased this card. The lady at the desk simply told us she can’t locate the records and my girlfriend had long since gotten a new credit card so we have to go through a long process with her old bank to get the records.When they scanned the card they were not able to tell if it was activated or used or anything like that. They simply assumed the worst that it was already used. When in all likelihood they made a mistake during activation 2 years ago. I asked the lady if they would do anything for a customer who’s money was taken from massage addicts but she replied by saying Fawaz who is the owner would not allow such a thing.Overall a terrible experience and less than stellar customer resolution. I would never go here again and will share this experience with others.Imagine buying a loved one a gift card and you have to go through this ordeal. Stay away.This is also not a shot at the excellent RMT workers. This is bad management and direction from the owner.
