Worst salon in fort Erie! Don’t waste your time going here. Extremely GREEDY, rude people. They charge the most out of every salon in the region and they “always” have appointments as in they will give you an appointment knowing that they don’t have time for you because they want your money. If your appointment is at 2pm- expect to be seen by 4pm sitting in a chair wondering why you’ve been lied to. This is my 3rd time at this salon- same issue each time and i really tried to give them the benefit of doubt but they are too greedy to care about their clients. They’ll over book in hopes that everyone will sit around 2-4 hours and they’ll get to you “eventually”. Zero respect for any of their clients and extremely rude. Go to profession nails- it’s busy but they’ll be honest if they don’t have time to take you and will do a good job on your nails.

Today was my first time in to this location highly recommended from locals. Will be returning, very clean sanitized and 110% customer service. Thanks for the experience and conversation.

Every time I go there I'm quoted a different price. Not to mention all nail services are $10 more expensive than any other nail salon in the area. However, the work is not any better than all the other salons. Save yourself $10-$20 and go down the street.

They did an amazing job! My nails look gorgeous and I couldn't be happier! Staff was also super friendly!
