Budget Car Rental

The rental counter staff was friendly and helpful.However, the tires treads on the rental car were really worn out. Need urgent tires replacement.

We made a reservation to pick up at 4pm and then changed our pick up time to 9am. When we showed up to pick up our vehicle we were told that the so called change we made wasn't in their system. I tried explaining our predicament to several representatives to no avail. They have treated us poorly, even condescendingly. I am very disappointed in their customer service.

Came to this location and got great service. Both renting and returning were very smooth. The staff is happy to make my family vacation much happier. The SUV was very new and good model. Location is also very safe and pleasant. Will come again for future rental.

I needed a car while mine was in the shop. I thought it might only be a week and it ended up being 3 weeks. The agent was very helpful.

A great experience. The best part at pick-up was that the staff did not try to up-sell me to a more expensive car and they accepted my choice of the insurance coverages without up-selling. The Bellevue Hilton was a great stress-free location to rent a car. Thank you!

I rent a car for driving to Canada and return in Vancouver. I selected a chevrolet impala and was upgraded" to a old grandpa Jeep. And the pricing is very high for a few days. But this is the only car rental I found that can do cross border service"

In Bellevue your employee Diane was SO very helpful and has a pleasant personality! I had thought I had lost my cell phone before the car rental even started .. Diane was so helpful and did not serm perturbed at all and really helped me with my situation. .so thankful for someone who made me feel more at ease and not quite as frazzled as I initially was! BEWARE OF RIDICULOUSLY HIGH FIDDEN FEES!!! I rented a car from this Budget (located w/i Bellevue Hilton) for the weekend. This car was just a compact (Nissan Versa) for a quick weekend getaway. Upon returning, I tried to bring the car back (it was just after 6pm, when they closed) and there was a sign stating if it was after business hours I had to return the car to SEATAC AIRPORT!!! There was NO DROPBOX or other alternative to leave the car there. The next day, I had to leave work to get it back when they opened. Later on, I check my credit card statement to discover I had been BILLED AN ADDITIONAL $64 which was equal to MORE THAN HALF of what I'd paid for the entire agreement, for bringing it back not even 18hours late! Not to mention that I wanted to return the car on time, just wasn't back by 6!! When I called to inquire about this charge, the representative I spoke with was rude, short, and no at all helpful!!!! They didn’t offer anything in the way of a decent explanation or seem the least bit interested in trying to retain me as a customer. Well, they’ve certainly gotten their wish. I definitely won’t be renting from this or ANY OTHER BUDGET EVER!!!!!!!!

First, make sure you travel to the Ground floor, park your car & then inside the building deeply hunt for their office inside (located at G floor). Staff is friendly, but do not expect a drop off or pick up facility from them.

Secretly charged $300+ from my credit card because of dropping off here. It was different location from where I was supposed to drop off. I was kept completely in dark about the charge. They said their receipt machine is broke and cannot print it. They did not send me any receipt either .They kept hiding my charges for 2 days. Even when they printed the last receipt they do not have the breakdown of the days. I want my money back , looters !
