Great customer service. I arrived near closing time, but without hesitation they resized my wife's watch while I waited. The next day they made an additional adjustment for me immediately upon my arrival without charge. Very kind of them. Thank you

My husband and I went here today for the first time and we were helped by Jack and Andrey. They were both very nice and friendly. They replaced the batteries on 2 of my husband's watches while we waited. They have a nice little shop, we'll be back and we'll be telling our friends to go there too! Very happy with the service we received and reasonably priced too!

!! OVERPRICED - shafted - scam - racketeering !!$57 to adjust the hour and minute hands - this takes 10 minutes, at most. Never provided an estimate at drop--off or later.I watched the battery store replace the battery and lube the sealing ring, which took 5 minutes. They checked if the watch kept the time accurate for 3 weeks, which takes 1 minute per day.I should not have ignored the other reviews.At drop-off I already got a bad vibe of the watch repair person.I am considering filing a complaint at the better business bureau.The shop does not deserve any business!

Dropped off an older wall clock to have it's insides repaired or replaced. The work was done ahead of schedule and on budget. Already dropped off an antique watch that needs work done as well. Very pleased with their wok to date!

I took my great-grandmother's clock she purchased in Paris France for repair, the piece that holds the hands on to the face of the clock was missing. They were extremely professional and efficient! They had the part on hand and repaired it while I waited. I couldn't be happier with the quality service Triple Crown Watch Company Provided.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quickly fixed an old pocket watch for free. If you need a battery, watch or clock fixed I would recommend them. They also have some nice new watches for sale.

I took a watch in to buy a battery. The watch didn’t run when the battery was replaced and they told me the watch wasn’t worth repairing. I was happy to have that information in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
