Mount Royal Family Physicians

Dr. Nelson has been an incredible doctor. After struggling for months with a medical condition that has effected my quality of life quite drastically and not getting any help from other doctors, she has stepped up for me and completely changed the game. She actually listened to what I had to say and actually sympathizes with my situation. She has been the reason that things have started moving forward so quickly. Not only does she listen, but she actually cares. Even though she is on holidays, she still called one of the other doctors to check in on me and see how I am doing with a course of treatment we had pursued for infection. I do not have one bad thing to say about her and the Mount Royal team. I am so thankful for everything she has done for me. I just don't think I can even put into words how thankful I am. Thank you Dr. Nelson!

Big waist of time put me on pills for high blood pressure when they were the one's that were making my blood boil. Didn't even have a chance to get what i went there for. Worst doctor's office in the city.

Your sign says you take daily walkins and I was there so false advertising

Dr. McCrea all the way! I finally found a doctor that actually listens to my concerns. He always takes the time to be thorough and thoughtful. I don't feel like I have to beg to be sent for testing or a specialist. I have been seeing him for a few years now and always feel like he takes my concerns seriously.

terrible, if you are looking for a place to pop pills into you this is the place for you. i haven't been able to walk great among a bunch of other stuff for the last couple months. was suppose to be getting a recommendation to a specialist a while ago and there isnt even a referral written out yet. completely fed up with this place feel hopeless at this point off to minor emergency it is i guess

Attended their walk-in clinic on 2023-01-23. Wait time was minimal (less than 30 minutes), and the walk-in doctor was professional, courteous and provided me with the guidance I needed.Will attend this clinic again in the future.

My family doctor has been out of this office for the 27 years I have been alive and when I called to book an appointment today I was told Dr. Roelens would not be having me as a patient anymore.I inquired about why, and was told it was because I missed 4 appointments within the last 2 years. I didn't even realize I missed these appointments, so it would have been nice to have some warning before being dropped as a patient. They have a sign saying there will be a fee for missed appointments but I was never charged a fee or given a warning. There was no conversation, just done.I should have been more proactive with keeping track of when my appointments were, I own that. I just thought they would offer me some type of warning if they found it to be an issue.I struggle with depression and finding this out right before the holidays was very difficult this morning.

I have been a patient at this clinic for 31 years and spent the first 25 years or so as a patient of Dr. Ken Bayley and when he retired I was given Dr. Kurt Roelens and I can only say that the level of care these doctors have given me is unequaled by any other doctor I have seen in my 63 years. These guys are the best!!! THE VERY BEST. Trust them with my life, and you should as well :)
